  1. Did you disable QoS fully in the Congestion Control menu ? As that should allow you to get a little higher. In WAN Settings disable the protection options as well, that will boost it a bit.
  2. Hey, welcome to the forum! For a console when you add it it should apply to the entire device by design, if you're using NoLag you don't need to specify ports in theory, otherwise for Nord you've likely not got the correct ports listed and we don't have any information on what that might be. I assume you're using it to get around SBMM which isn't something we can advise on.
  3. I get what you mean, I believe we have had some similar requests before so I'll add it to the list. Also it's worth noting, if you're allocating because you're doing a download you don't need to do that as a download will automatically use as much bandwidth as it has access to, that's why it causes lag so really it would be best to keep Bandwidth Allocation default with Share Excess on and reduce the Congestion Control sliders to prevent it impacting other devices.
  4. It's unlikely you'll get the full amount through the router but follow this guide and see what you get after that: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000076586-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-maximum-bandwidth-speeds
  5. Looks like your speedtest.net result is good, that will be what you're getting, you can ignore benchmark, it uses different servers but it won't be limiting you to that speed
  6. As in a lock bandwidth to a device type option? Generally if you keep Share Excess on and give bandwidth to the device you want you can leave the other allocations as they are as they'll get the bandwidth they need when other devices don't use their allocation
  7. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  8. We haven't changed anything on our end, you can put the Geo-Filter and leave it on if you want to and it will filter but it will just take longer for you to get kicked back to the lobby if it blocks a server outside your radius - give it a go and see if you can get a non German server more easily. Games often reduce the amount of servers during off peak times and bring more online during peak times so it could be the case here as well which is why it's trying to get you on the same one each time.
  9. As I mentioned in my first post, the way that Fortnite matchmaking works (and has always worked) is that it will only try to connect to a server when it's loading into the pre-game run around lobby so the fastest way to filter would actually be to disable Filtering Mode but use it to see where the game puts you - if it is too far away or the ping is too high then quit and re-search - this will be faster than waiting for it to kick you. Also looks like there are a few servers around Europe so if you do the search method I've described I'm sure you will get onto a server you want.
  10. They're on Xbox and playing a different game so it's a bit different, I'll respond to your topic.
  11. I don't have the details on that but I can ask around, did you measure the existing power supply to get those dimensions?
  12. I think this is probably due to the 'Randomised Mac Address' option on the phones, as they get a different MAC address the router sees them as an additional device. Do the following on each device to remove the additional devices and only have the one showing going forward. Open your phone's Settings app. Tap Network and Internet Internet. Next to the network, tap Settings . Scroll down to 'Randomised MAC address' and disable. Then reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes, then click the icon on the Device Manager page, click remove offline devices.
  13. Yes it should work fine when you re-upgrade, just don't factory reset after the upgrade otherwise the error may come back
  14. As it was the weekend and the Queens funeral today it was a national holiday so everyone was off work, you should receive a response tomorrow
  15. You need to factory reset once you've downgraded, it's the reset not working properly on the current version that is causing the error
  16. That should be fine, you could absolutely do that if you would prefer not to see it and only use when accessing the app
  17. Not sure if it's applicable to yours but if you're able to, setting it up in extender mode should give you the functionality you want but you would need to turn the WiFi back on the XR. https://kb.netgear.com/000060131/How-do-I-set-up-my-Orbi-Outdoor-Satellite-in-Extender-Mode
  18. Go back to the .114 firmware, factory reset then re-upgrade to the latest without a reset and see if it works please
  19. What web browser/device are you using to access? Is it the Samsung tablet you're using? Do you see the same issue when using a PC?
  20. That's right, no it wouldn't mess anything up, usually we recommend putting the R2 WAN IP found on the System Information page into the hub DMZ - try that but it could cause conflict for the devices connected behind the switch
  21. Yes you would need to do that as a switch can't take traffic from a modem only, so back into router mode and then it will work
  22. It's unlikely it's malfunctioning, more likely the heat sink has degraded over time and so it gets hotter and gets hotter quicker, if you can elevate it to allow more airflow so it can sufficiently cool then it shouldn't impact the running of the router
  23. You'll need to downgrade then factory reset then re-upgrade and the error should be gone. You can do that yes, but we do recommend doing it from a PC/wired device. Just keep in mind it will disconnect you from WiFi and so if it doesn't appear like it's doing anything you will need to wait a few minutes then reconnect to the WiFi.
  24. The logs are primarily for developers so it does show normal background processes that can appear like issues but they're nothing to worry about
  25. It can get hot to touch yes, it depends on the surface it is on generally, would you be able to elevate it a little so the vents have plenty of space beneath them? Wood does keep heat well so it may not be helping to have it too close to the surface.
