Lorsque vous effectuez une réinitialisation d'usine, il réinitialise l'ensemble de l'appareil aux paramètres de base, il est normal de perdre la connexion, vous ne pouvez pas conserver une connexion pendant ce processus. Faites la réinitialisation, attendez quelques minutes puis essayez une connexion et cela fonctionnera.

  3. It can take quite awhile, if they make changes then they have to test everything, if they find an issue then that has to get fixed, then re-tested etc. They don't give out any ETAs, the best place for news is on that page, whatever we know we'll update it with.

  5. Just to check as I have seen this message appear when the internet port on the R2 is connected to a device instead of the modem, the internet port of the R2 is connected to the fritz LAN port?
  6. Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Does the internet go out completely? Does it happen on every device? Does it happen at any specific time/when doing something specific online?   7. They are changing the servers often at the moment so we update and it goes out of date quickly, we'll push another update tomorrow but we are looking for a more permanent solution.
  8. That's fine, where possible we have named the servers where they are located. Servers are often clustered in the same location so for example California-4 is the fourth server in that cluster.
  9. Switch to a different game, are those able to be pinged?
  10. We're pretty much putting out updates daily and it doesn't take long before it is out of date again, we'll push another on Monday which I suspect will quickly become out of date but we are looking into more permanent solutions.
  11. Did you see whether the BGW was using PPPoE or anything like that for a connection?
  12. Just to clarify, do you mean you're using the exposed host and port forwarding?
  13. As above is it definitely the correct WAN address? This can change if you reboot the router. Do you have any firewall rules on the fritz? Have you set DMZ or port forwarding on the R2?
  14. Could potentially be a NAT issue, when you say the R2 is the main router, what is it connected to exactly, a modem, ONT etc? What is your NAT type as shown by the console?

  17. On the R2 System Information page does it show that it has a WAN IP and vice versa, is the VM interface showing the R2 as a connected device with an IP?

  19. Hey, welcome to the forum! What do you mean geolocation doesn't work exactly? What happens when you tell heatmap to force an update?
  20. Did you factory reset after the update? If not please do so and try again. It should be easy to get a connection using VM so it is a bit strange. Could you reboot the hub, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R2, wait 2 minutes and see if you get a connection then please?

  24. That can happen on occasion as some servers seem unable to be pinged, if you disable Auto Ping and ping manually does the ping appear?
  25. Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue, what is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to? Do you know if you need PPPoE, VLAN, DHCP Identifiers etc to get a connection?
