  3. If you're using a web browser Adblocker disable this, also your browser may be forcing the interface to use HTTPS so disable this and retry

  6. @Mostwestthanks for the feedback, you have made some good points there. For the Geo-Filter, using the Games Console service will allow it for any game if that game works at the time (excluding potential updates from us that are needed). Prioritization and Bandwidth Allocation are different, BA can still tell you're gaming, it doesn't rely on Traffic Prio. We're actually going in a different direction for getting all games sorted and able to be prioritized pretty quickly so we're a bit ahead of you on that one, we're going the DPI route rather than ports which is more specific.

  8. Quite possibly the XR1000, it's hard to gauge currently but they'll all be quite close together I should think
  9. Won't have been now but glad it's working. We were having issues with the tool to update the config which we were trying to resolve so seems like we may have got that sorted, I'll check with the team.
  10. I wouldn't recommend trying basic, some may work but the vast majority won't, it's best to use the Advanced Setup, it's more likely to work. Could you provide the config you're using? There is no collaboration on our side that I am aware of, on the Netgear side it may be slightly more but as far as I know there is just a link for a trial and that is it.
  11. Don't have any sort of timings for you but once 500 is done then that is a big hurdle preventing the 700 from getting the update so in theory shouldn't be too long after but won't be immediate
  12. Stop using any traffic and then it should slow down to the point where you can highlight it but if it's doing that then it indicates that it is working - may be more a case of how you have added the device

  14. Advanced is most likely to work (we need to update the configs on basic), could you provide your config file and the log you're getting as well as a screenshot of the VPN page after you've tried to connect please?
  15. Interesting, thanks for the log, what is the model of the ISP gateway? What settings have you changed in the Settings pages? Have you changed DMZ, port forwarding etc? Could you unplug the gateway for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 2 minutes then reboot the XR and see if it happens again please? I have a feeling it may not be on the ISP side.
  16. Are there any devices added to the Geo-Filter/would anything be active, servers etc when you access it? Just wondering if you delete the devices and the map is empty whether it would still crash
  17. Yes that's correct, although you'll want to set reserved IPs for each device. Are you looking at the logs in Settings or on the System Information page? You'll probably see the same uptime on the System Information page, can you confirm that?
  18. When you log in via the app, select the appropriate platform rather than auto select then see if it works better please. I'm assuming it doesn't prompt you with the opportunity to download a log?
  19. As in you restored a backup? I would only suggest doing that once you've configured everything and made sure there are no errors as otherwise it could bring errors back when you restore
  20. Ping Heatmap doing DumaOS not loading? Did you unplug the router from power or reboot from the interface?

  22. We need to do another update, we'll get that done, in the meantime the Geo-Filter will still work
  23. Not yet but it was announced that we will be supporting the Orbi routers, we don't have an ETA on that currently
