  3. Hey, welcome to the forum! I'm not sure what you mean exactly. Access the router interface, click the 3 dots icon in the top right of the interface, go to update and upload the sig file there to upgrade.
  4. @SaltySquirrel on the app, change router type to Telstra instead of auto and then try to login please and see if that works.
  5. The connection benchmark speed test isn't reporting as accurately as it should at the moment so we'll be improving upon that. It won't be limiting your speeds, you'll be getting what speedtest.net says. Benchmark uses the Google server for the ping tests so it won't be the closest server to you as with speedtest.net hence the difference in ping.

  7. Could be, I would suggest looking at other servers in the EU yes. As we're in the UK the ping to some other EU servers isn't too bad and can actually give a good experience.
  8. Most likely the server, try and force some others you wouldn't normally use even if they're slightly higher ping and see if they give you a more stable experience.
  9. That's unlikely because the servers are still the same. Use heatmap to find the best ping servers, use polygon to allow all those areas. Use Congestion Control on Always and experiment with the percentages to find what lowers your Connection Benchmark ping under load results as much as possible.
  10. It forces a redownload of the cloud database from our servers and overwrites the version you have on the router.

  15. Should be exactly the same process as you are used to now. Just connect the R2 to the gateway and your devices to the R2. Go through the setup wizard and you should be good to go.

  17. Clear the browser cache/cookies and then you should be able to access. That is to do with the cloud so won't be affected by a firmware update. As long as you add them to your allow list you shouldn't have a problem.

  21. Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. When the R2 is connected, access the modem interface, does it see the R2 at all as a connected device and give it an IP address?
  22. Try adjusting settings on Google Chrome/Firefox or Brave and then see if when you go into the app the settings have saved. For the app, pinch to zoom like you do for a picture on the phone, that will zoom in easily, then allowing you to draw the polygon. Yeah we're working on Instagram.
  23. Click the whitelist tab and then just add it as a domain to the whitelist and then it should work fine. We will continue to optimize it, it's still very new so we're improving as we go. So you're saying using the DumaOS Mobile app you change settings and then when you access the interface it's like you didn't set them at all. What is the issue with the Geo-Filter on the app exactly?
  24. Could you let us know specific websites you're seeing this issue on? If you add them to the whitelist does it work? We're looking into the Instagram slow downs. What is the issue with the DumaOS app?
