How can I find a lobby under 60 Ping?
Netduma Fraser replied to NetZilla's topic in Call of Duty Support
Where abouts are you located? Can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page and of the Ping Heatmap page showing a completed ping for the game please? Also your QoS page as well. What firmware version is the 500 on? What is the model of the modem/router the 500 is connected to? Are ALL devices connected to the 500? -
Error on WIFI channel and WIFI suddenly stop working.
Netduma Fraser replied to thewilloxdiaz's topic in Netduma R1 Support
Did you do the above suggestions with reserved IPs on the WiFi devices specifically? Log seems to show DHCP is still enabled and seems to be after a lease renewal it happens. It is an 8 year old router, on hardware that is older than that but I do understand your frustration. -

Welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue, when did it first start, after upgrading, settings changes etc? While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.

Ignore the server in the UK - it is not the server you are playing on, the icon in your radius is the server you are on
-
The one in the UK with a white circle around it is an authentication server, not a game server so it doesn't impact your game at all. From the Geo-Filter screenshots it is allowing them in your radius, what is a ping to the game when you have a server in your radius?
-
Radius the radius to just cover 1 or 2, also it's peak time so the servers are likely very busy
-
That looks like it's working, if you continue searching that should get you a game?
-
The host of the game is always the largest icon on the map - if there is a server with a white circle around it then that is an authentication server and its ping has no impact on your game quality
-
You said using the Call of Duty profile that got you the server which I believe is the Italian server, is that profile not getting you a game anymore?
-
Not yet but I brought this up in a meeting last week so it's still on our radar and we'll look into getting that done soon hopefully
-
When you actually get a server like before, what does Auto Ping say?
-
It looks from your screenshots actually that you are getting the Italian server, the one in the UK looks to be an authentication server. Re-enable Auto Ping, what do you get?

COD Cold War Geo-Filter not working
Netduma Fraser replied to UK_Wildcats_Fans's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Traffic Controller is more of a parental control type feature so unless you need to block access to it during certain times then you don't need to add it -
Given you're the only person in your home you don't really need to compete for bandwidth as the only thing happening at the time is gaming so try disabling QoS fully and see if that is better for you
-
Some servers can be very difficult to force, I believe this is because they act more like reserve servers that are not always available but come online when there is heavy demand

COD Cold War Geo-Filter not working

What was your Traffic Controller rule, was it allowing all traffic? If so that's likely why, it's superseding the Geo-Filter -
@K0NSPIRACYis your Traffic Prio rule not showing any prioritized packets because you haven't played since adding the rule or is that how it always looks?
