  2. Glad to hear you were able to resolve the issue. I would recommend disabling the Private Addresses options on the iPhones for the R2 network as that can cause some issues so should hopefully prevent that happening in future with it disabled.
  3. You can leave DumaOS Classified Games to prioritize or use the games console rule, otherwise yes use the same ports for the destination and leave the source ports as their defaults

  5. Happy New Year! Servers cluster in the same location and so can differ slightly in their ID, could you double check that? There may be another icon layered underneath/on top which is hard to click so zoom in fully. If you can provide the ID as well we can add that to the whitelist so you don't need to allow it.
  6. Okay so there shouldn't be any problems, keep checking for blocked icons/servers for them when you invite them and you'll get it
  7. Are they using a PC or an Xbox? You may need to do it a few times as their IP can change
  8. We need to do a Ping Heatmap update, that will happen next week but it won't affect your connection or your ability to use the Geo-Filter to force servers

  12. We've been doing a lot to automate it as much as possible but there are still aspects that require manual intervention, the hope of course is to make it completely automatic

The firmware in Early Access has a lot of fixes/improvements, it's always best to try what is available to see if that helps, if it does then that reduces troubleshooting, if it doesn't then it gives a better place to start for troubleshooting. What you have just said however is most likely the reason why you're getting that error, the interface isn't meant to be open 24/7, it will be timing out and that will cause errors. Close the tab when you're not using it and open when you need it and I suspect it will work a lot better.

  15. It's different when you have someone from the country hosting, it makes it a lot easier. Do keep us posted, most people don't have any trouble forcing EU/US.
  16. A mobile app won't have affected the main router in any way, do let us know how you get on after the reset
  17. Did you confirm it was definitely the SA server using the map? It's quite possible they have ping limits/prioritize people of the region, I don't think I've seen many people who have been able to force those servers but are able to force others. Best thing to do would be to try and force other servers such as in Europe and even East Coast of the US. If you can then it'll be something with that server preventing you.
  18. Hope you're having a great holiday too! First of all disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control menu then see if it happens again, if it does then QoS isn't the issue at all and we can focus on other areas, if it doesn't then something within your QoS settings is triggering it. Does there seem to be any pattern as to when it happens, apart from it happens every few days e.g. start watching Netflix or gaming, working from home etc. Also when the speeds go down are you testing from behind the Eeros or is it the same if connected directly to the R2?

  20. Ah okay thanks! We can look into it, depending on your browser (if it's Chromium based) you can enter the super advanced options/run a URL and it can prevent it
  21. The one in Ireland is an authentication server so that will show up regardless. It can be difficult to force servers quite far away, I would suggest trying a different one as SA doesn't always seem to be available.
  22. Yes we will do a cloud update, due to the holidays we're not able to do it as quickly as usual, we should be able to do so on Tuesday.
  23. We can certainly look into it, are you referring to a popup or just the button below the sign in?
  24. I'll check with the team on this, as you know we are working on DPI and have some good systems in place now to do this more efficiently!
  25. Games can update and the servers we have showing may become outdated, once we receive a report we can look into it. If you don't try to get games in Asia and just focus on Europe does it work correctly?
