PRIVATE KEY----- </key> Holding the reset in the back of the router for 30 seconds will reset it, otherwise you can use the factory reset option by clicking the 3 dots top right of the interface.
  3. Use the Advanced Setup, the config files we have are outdated, once you've done the Advanced Setup can you provide the log again please?
  4. Just to clarify, are you using the Advanced Setup to connect? You're getting an auth failed entry there which indicates the username/password entered may be incorrect, double check that and also see if they give you different credentials to use when connecting instead of your user/pass that you use to access their site.

  7. A factory reset would definitely fix it, I'll then add your name to the list for expansion for the beta and you may see more stability on that version
  8. That one is an anomaly, you can ignore that one, it won't be an actual player/server
  9. Reboot the router, wait 2 minutes then access the interface, does it load correctly then?
  10. Have you done a factory reset, that would most likely get it all loading again. It's important to wait a few minutes after a reset/reload so it can all load properly.
  11. But you are able to access the System Information page to change the retries? When did the issue start exactly, after an upgrade, changing settings, power cut etc?
  12. Is it for the interface as a whole or specific pages? Does it happen as soon as you access the interface/a page or after changing settings for example?

  15. Hey, welcome to the forum! This is very unlikely, the majority of our customers don't have connections that would allow them to benefit from this, thereby pushing up the cost unnecessarily. We've always tried to keep our routers around the same price to it is accessible to the majority.
  16. Could you grab the log from the System Information page please and upload it here? That should give us some indications as to what is happening.
  17. So the connection re-establishes itself automatically without a reboot or anything like that? If you haven't rebooted since the disconnect could you grab the log file from the System Information page on the router and post it here, that should give us an indication of what is happening. What router is it you're using?

I have been able to reproduce this, I think what has happened is that IP address is an IP address for a Microsoft server so I believe it is detecting that it's a public IP address rather than also a private IP address if you see what I mean. I can pass it onto the team but for the moment you would need to use a different LAN IP.
