  1. We need to improve the Benchmark results so if changing the Congestion Control percentages when set to Always doesn't lower that upload spike on Ping Under Load then you can ignore that. For the applications not working, disable QoS completely from the Congestion Control menu, do they work again?
  2. He respondido en tu tema.
  3. Indica que el WiFi está activo y el tráfico está pasando, es normal
  4. Hey, welcome to the forum! What firmware file are you trying to download specifically? When you download the file from the Netgear site it comes in a zip file, you'll need to unzip it on the PC, then put the .chk file on your Desktop for example and use that to upgrade. 3.2 is not yet available.
  5. Do keep us posted once the switch arrives!
  6. It’s very unlikely you’ll get your full speeds through the R1 to be honest. Did you disable QoS from the Congestion Control menu ? Disable the protection options in WAN Settings and that will boost it a little. Also are you testing on Benchmark or speedtest.net?
  7. Don’t worry about the detection on Benchmark, it uses different servers, see what you get on speedtest.net instead, it’s likely a lot higher. The more bandwidth you have the harder it is to saturate the connection (use it all up) which is what causes bufferbloat. However, one download will saturate the connection, you’ll be downloading for a shorter amount of time with those speeds but if it happens during a game that’s enough to make you lag and QoS will prevent that.
  8. That could definitely be an option if you're able to try it or if you're able to swap the existing modem for another
  9. Try this: Quit the game completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  10. Vous ne verrez un ou plusieurs serveurs que lorsque vous recherchez un jeu pendant le matchmaking
  11. Once you've done all the steps either from the guide or video reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R2, wait 2 minutes then access and see if you get internet. Sometimes modems/routers are particular about the order in which they're booted.
  12. Sign up to early access: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ and once approved try the firmware there followed by a reset and see if your issues are resolved, if not post back here and we can do some troubleshooting.
  13. Nous devons faire une mise à jour pour la carte thermique mais vous pourrez toujours filtrer à l'aide du géo-filtre
  14. That's what I thought you meant, I wouldn't recommend doing that, if your console starts a background update that will also be prioritized and then cause you to lag. It would be best to either use the Games Console service or add the specific ports that the game uses.
  15. It's not necessarily the ping that is the issue but your routing to the server can be unstable, I still believe it is a game side issue though given your connection in matchmaking is fine
  16. They will have a better connection then, you can't beat the distance if that's your closest server
  17. Classified Games uses Deep Packet Inspection (except for console), so the router actively analyzes the traffic for anything it can prioritize so it's different from using ports specifically.
  18. Okay that will be why the upload isn't throttling properly then. We have fixed this for the next firmware version but in the meantime I would suggest allowing your modem or another router to handle PPPoE instead of the XR.
  19. Glad to hear it's all working now! We can't really give out any ETAs as it's always subject to change but the 500 is not far off at all as far as I am aware. 3 years isn't too bad I suppose!
  20. What do you mean by "My PS4 is also the only one being prioritized on every port TCP & UDP" exactly, how have you done that? Remove the console from the DMZ as that won't be helping.
  21. Hey, welcome to the forum! Let us know how you get on with the above, if you have any questions/issues just ask!
  22. XR1000 1.0.0.64 (DumaOS 3.0) 3.2(Without Mobile View) Netduma Testing Complete The latest firmware has passed testing and has been sent to NETGEAR to go through their testing process.
  23. @Mostwest thank you for the suggestions! There is a limited amount we can do via the software but we're doing what we can We kind of already have the functionality for that but I don't know if there are plans currently to make this active For our customer base I think this is a bit overkill and would drive up the price quite a lot and exclude a lot of our customers as there are very few who have over 1Gbps Could you expand on what you mean exactly? You can make custom rules to prioritize ports currently
  24. What do you see exactly when you're trying to access? When did this issue start to happen, after settings changes, reboot, firmware update?
  25. It has been requested and is on our list to be added, thank you for sending the captures, that will allow us to get the game sorted more quickly. If you switch your PC to a PlayStation device type in the Device Manager then add the device to the Geo-Filter and select the Manual option, does it allow you to filter?
