  2. Just so you know we're not able to give out the APK but the correct version is now available on the app store for you to upgrade to.
  3. No need to worry about the logs, it shows normal background processes, if you're having any issues along side log entries then let us know and we can investigate further
  4. If you have DumaOS Classified Games enabled (it is by default) then yes that would be prioritized, if you don't want that to happen disable it and add a manual rule for your gaming device. Don't use Auto Setup, do this instead for better results, start with a high value for Congestion Control, say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values.
  5. Have you put the R2 in the DMZ on the BT Hub and are ALL devices connected to the R2? It definitely is capable of getting up to those speeds - what speedtests are you doing?

  8. Click to set it up manually, then skip and complete the wizard, once you've done that and got to the main interface, reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R2, wait 2 minutes and see if you have a connection after that
  9. That could explain it, they're able to connect and do so you start loading in but then as you block it you get backed out, would be interesting to see if it works correctly if you go in solo
  10. That's exactly what it should be doing, you shouldn't be connecting at all to a lobby and then disconnected, just getting into a lobby when you can connect. We'll have to investigate but it will take some time due to the Easter holidays.
  11. Some decent advice above regarding your bufferbloat results. It does sound like more of a game issue if every other game works perfectly fine for you and if the issue is starting to move into PvE then it sounds like their servers are having some issues. Try the above though and let us know how you get on.
  12. So how is it working, it's actually partially putting you in a lobby and then when blocked you disconnect and because of that its counting as a loss? If so it's either because your radius is too strict or it's something we'll have to look into, in which case you'll need to disable the Geo-Filter in the meantime.
  13. Hello, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue, just to clarify, what happened exactly - did you reboot it during the upgrade process? While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.

  17. Good advice above, also the Connection Benchmark uses the Google servers for the Ping tests so depending on the quality of your connection to those servers it may differ from other sites

  19. It's the shield icon top right of the interface, if you do have it active you'll need to disable it using the Nighthawk mobile app
  20. As above, it changes the routing to servers which isn't something the router can do. I'll get the team to update FIFA on heatmap.
  21. Hey, welcome to the forum! It's not currently available on the XR1000v2 due to issues we were having with the feature but we will add it back to the router as soon as we're able to.
