Where is it you're located approximately? Are you using a VPN at the same time? -

Yes that should be fine, we haven't had anyone mention otherwise so far but do let us know your experience -

Working well in what sense exactly? -
So you change the DMZ each time you switch the router over? Do you connect all devices to each or are there devices still connected to the Livebox? Both routers vary quite differently in hardware so settings that work for one may not necessarily work well for the other. It's best to experiment with each to find what works best.

What is the model of the modem/router they connect to and how do you have this setup?

You'll have to keep an eye out on this guide for firmware progress https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000132677-dumaos-firmware-progress it's updated weekly

Are you using the exact same settings on both? Do you swap the routers out or connect one to the other?

It's not supported on the current version of the app, that will be resolved for the next version

Warzone 2.0 Geofilter - never finds a game

Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely - from the System Tray as well Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better. -
No you don't do that and it's not necessary, all that's needed to do is the above.

Sign up for Early Access, once approved try the firmware there, we believe we've fixed DNS issues on that version. https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/

Hey, welcome to the forum! Can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page showing what you see when you get a higher ping server? It's likely you have Ping Assist on, if you want to force specific servers you'll need to set it to 0. -
It should prompt you when you notice a crash
-
I think Todd is saying don't turn the Geo-Filter on until you've loaded the game
-
You can't use it as an AP no, it still would be in router mode but yes you'll need to do the WAN IP in the DMZ of your modem. That's all you need to do, no need to factory reset it. I would advise though that to get the most out of the router that all devices go through the R2.

Ad Blocker Web blocker more like
Netduma Fraser replied to Mrbchambers's topic in Community Discussion
Hey, welcome to the forum! Thanks for the report, any others please do let us know, in the meantime you can add them to your whitelist so they can load while still blocking ads elsewhere. -
No worries, I've moved it to the correct section. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works without those errors.

Hey, welcome to the forum! You posted in the wrong sub forum so it wasn't immediately visible. You can do that if you wish that will work. What do you mean you can't see all the fields?
-
Your Ping Under Load is all over the place, are you using QoS? Can you provide a screenshot of the QoS page please? You'll need to experiment with the Congestion Control percentages while set to Always and find the best values to get the Ping Under Load graph as close to the Ping Test graph as possible.

When the error appears look on the Geo-Filter Map with it fully zoomed out, do you see anything blocked? If you do ping it and add it to your allow list, if you could then provide us with the ID as well we can whitelist it.
