  1. You could try by putting it in the DMZ but if that doesn't work I don't really know what would be limiting you. You could also try making Traffic Controller rules to allow traffic for both the phone and console.
  2. Have you managed to get a single good game at all? Currently there isn't a specific indicator of what could be a good game or not, could you try force some with a higher ping to see if they play any better?
  3. No you don't need to do that, you can set it and forget it and close the window
  4. Good advice above, alternatively, if you set NAT to Open in WAN Settings that should do it
  5. Great thanks, keep them coming!
  6. You can't block those servers as they're required for online play - he was just joking
  7. You can find some information about that here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/19513-everything-you-need-to-know-about-tick-rate-and-lag-comp/
  8. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  9. There isn't much in the logs there to go off but try forwarding the ports required for it and see if that works
  10. It's unlikely that you would notice the issue on two different routers. Could you expand on your issues please? Is this referring to all devices losing internet or losing a connection to a game? Is this a separate issue or the same issue? Should be resolved by doing this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  11. Great to hear that! I'd recommend having a look through our optimal settings guides and that should get you sorted but if not do post again! https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/folders/16000090646
  12. There are some auth servers in the US as well, just depends what it can use at the time, it's completely independent from your game server though
  13. Yes or removing it entirely, what firmware version are you on currently?
  14. Do you have the Geo-Filter still enabled for the console when trying this? If so, if you disable it does it work correctly then?
  15. Yes if you needed something like that it would be. Before you try reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R2 from the interface (3 dots top right of the page), wait 2 minutes then see if you get internet.
  16. Do you know if you require anything specific to get a connection such as PPPoE, VLAN or DHCP Identifiers? If you're not sure have a look at your old router interface and the internet settings there and see if you can copy that across to the R2.
  17. Select WAN Setup then skip from there, once we get you to the interface we can get you internet. Either or for the moment. What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is currently connected to?
  18. When you first access the router it will appear with the Setup Wizard the first thing you see will look something like this: and so just follow the instructions until you get to the main interface.
  19. Okay great and have you completed the Setup Wizard? As you'll need to do so before you can get internet.
  20. Non modificare l'impostazione durante il gioco, fallo prima ancora che la console sia accesa, quindi avvia il gioco e dovrebbe funzionare
  21. How did you disable QoS exactly, from the icon? If you do a Ookla speedtest on the phone itself what do you get?
  22. No worries at all, I appreciate the tenacity, the colleague doing this has a bit more free time this coming week and asked me the priorities so that should get efootball done. I'll keep you posted.
  23. There aren't any details to compare really, if I can see: Host Tick Rate Client Tick Rate Send Rate Receive Rate and we know what your experience is like on certain values then I can say to look out for servers with X tick rate and X receive rate, they'll probably be laggy so you should quit and research etc.
  24. Brilliant thanks a lot for that, we'll get these added and test some more, we'll get there eventually!
  25. Yeah that is the best method for eliminating packet loss, Bandwidth Allocation isn't really a feature designed to eliminate lag, it just allocates bandwidth
