Very strange, if you disable the Geo-Filter does the ping give a more realistic number? What is the gameplay like with it showing that ping?

Just to clarify the PS5 does have a reserved IP on the router but the console won't pick it up? Make sure the PS5 is set to automatic network settings, then give it a reboot, does it then pick up the address?

If you give the router a reboot are you able to access it properly after that?

Are you connected to the R2 directly when you're trying to access or are you connected to the other router? As you can only access when connected direct to the R2.

Good catch! It's being fixed for the next firmware so shouldn't be too long until that is resolved now.

I'd suggest setting your Congestion Control values down a little lower, to 70% for example and also resetting Bandwidth Allocation, see if it works better after that
