  1. Thanks for that, okay and would you say it was better or worse than that game you provided the original screenshot for? If you're not sure, if you can do two more games with two more Auto Ping screenshots we can get an idea of what games you should aim to get.
  2. Welcome to the forum! You're not doing anything wrong, using OpenVPN specifically and through the router will slow it down quite significantly but it's plenty for gaming so there won't be any issues in that regard. If you need to do an update or download then disable the VPN briefly and then re-enable once it's done.
  3. For gaming no, it is more of a Parental Control type feature so if you need that type of control then yes, if not then probably won't do much for you.

Sorry to hear you're having this issue, while connected via ethernet, disable WiFi entirely from WiFi settings, reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes, access, enable WiFi , apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then see if it's more stable from then on.

  6. Welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue, what firmware version are you on currently? If you set NAT to Open in WAN Settings does it work then?
  7. Hello, welcome to the forum! As they are connected to the booster that is why they are appearing there as the modem can't tell accurately how the devices are connected as they're not connected directly. It will not impact the functioning of the devices or the modem in any way.

That won't necessarily be the case, HybridVPN wasn't a feature on the XR1000 and isn't marketed as including it as far as I am aware so while I do get that it's a feature you want it's not something that needs to be fixed. There has been interest for the feature so we'll do what we can to get it on as quick as possible as long as NG give the green light.
  10. Basically no details on that Auto Ping unfortunately, if you can get one that has all the information populated like the first one that would be good. Generally forcing different servers does help though

  14. Welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue, do you still have access to the interface? If so sign up for Early Access https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ and once approved upgrade to the firmware there and hopefully that will resolve the issues.

  16. Thanks for that, could you force another server and provide an Auto Ping screenshot of that game and tell me what your experience is like in that match please? Then I can compare the two as for now, that looks fine.
  17. It's very hard for us to comment on and to try to improve an in game experience when the stats are fine. What is the Geo-Filter ping and what is the in game ping? Depending on how much they differ it might shed light on the situation.
  18. Ahh, it could be because you're using the mobile browser to do so, use the DumaOS app, does it save the settings correctly then?

  21. Sorry to hear you're having this issue! Disable Adblocker on the router interface, does that then allow you to access the website?

  25. What router and firmware version are you on? It's become a much less frequent issue and don't see it reported much now
