  1. @JustinCase I'd recommend signing up for Early Access and then once approved try the firmware there as we have made fixes and improvements so it would be good to see you still have that issue and if it is the devs can rule out things more easily with you on the latest. https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/
  2. @JustinCase I'd recommend signing up for Early Access and then once approved try the firmware there as we have made fixes and improvements so specifically DNS was something we worked on so it would be good to see if that's still the case and if it is the devs can rule out things more easily with you on the latest. https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/
  3. Current existing firmware hasn't changed, we're currently conducting a small beta test for the 500 firmware, once we're confident with that the 700 won't be far behind
  4. The R2 gets features first so for example it has Data History and fully functioning mobile app which the 500 doesn't
  5. Have you tried the firmware in Early Access? There are a lot of fixes/improvements
  6. Thanks for the requests, I'll add your names to the list for expansion!
  7. Did you disable Traffic Prioritization? What does Connection Benchmark show?
  8. Thanks for your interest, I'll add your names to the list for a chance to test when we expand the group!
  9. It can work yes but you need to also have a device connected direct to the R2 to access the interface, it can't be accessed from the WAN.
  10. It's always best to make a topic instead of sending a PM/DM as we get a lot so they can be missed but we reply to all topics. As you mentioned it has been suggested before, I think at the moment we're very busy on new features that are going to help a lot, once that is all done we can maybe review this, I think the consensus was before that we didn't know how much of a difference it would make. I'll bring this up at the next meeting and see what we can do.
  11. I'd recommend signing up to Early Access: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ and once approved you can try any firmware there and see if that resolves the issue for you.
  12. Once they have a firmware from us it goes through testing, then they may decide to make their own changes as well which can add to the delay, we're going to start pushing for updates to go out with just our changes so it is faster. We're already conducting a small beta test for the 500, the new year should see some more updates getting pushed out.
  13. Can you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please? That will give me a good insight into why it may be happening. Are you also using: PPPoE/VLAN/IPv6/DHCP identifiers for a connection Traffic Controller DMZ to PC or lots of port forwarding rules
  14. Yes it does!
  15. I'd recommend signing up for Early Access https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ and once approved you can try any firmware there to see if that resolves any of your issues.
  16. Hey, welcome to the forum! Are you definitely referring to the R7800 and not the XR500?
  17. Thanks for you're interest, I'll add your name to the list and once we expand the group you'll have a chance to test it.
  18. As the link mentions we're currently conducting a small beta test for the XR500, once we're happy with the results and iron out any major bugs we can get that publicly released and then get the XR700 underway.
  20. That is a good idea, we would then have to verify the accuracy of the translations though as any incorrect translations wouldn't be professional. I'll float it to the team though!
  21. Great to hear that, I'm surprised you were able to opt out, they usually force you down the static IP route for an additional price. You're very welcome!
  22. Okay thank you, in that case can you follow the section at the bottom of this guide to see if you have CG-NAT please? https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000076587-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-open-nat
  23. What does the XR connect to, the wall, an ONT or another device?
  24. Interesting okay, what does the IP end with? Does the WAN & public IP both show the outdated address?
  25. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
