  1. As far as I'm aware lots of things went into the update, seems fine from our side but there could be servers missing
  2. Quite possibly, a good way to tell is to check the ping the Geo-Filter reports and what the in game ping reports, if the difference is over 30ms or so then the server is likely under load and you're see reduced performance.
  3. Please resync the cloud from Geo-Filter, then reboot the router from the interface then wait 2 minutes, otherwise the changes may not be applied, then please test and see if it works properly then.
  4. So it resets if you use the main flower, it resets when typing in the value, what about if you drag the percentage on the semi circle in the popout or type the percentage, does it still happen then?
  5. Okay thanks, will let you know once this has been done
  6. Are you clicking save on the popout and then updating the distribution?
  7. Use one decimal place instead and see if that works better please
  8. Odd in what way? Are you using decimals? Can you provide a screenshot of your page please?
  9. How are you doing this, via Bandwidth Allocation? Are you doing it from the 'flower' or with the popout?
  10. We're doing what we can, the more DumaOS evolves the harder it becomes to have it working on an older router like the R1
  11. I've added you to the beta. Keep an eye on this page for updates: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000132677-dumaos-firmware-progress
  12. You can do yes, if you can provide the IDs here as well I can make sure they get moved
  13. I would expect that to be the other way around as Halo specifically blocked Geo-Filtering. Do you get the same issue on DMZ or the new map?
  14. Hit detection is a hard one as it doesn't have any stats and we can only go on improving the stats like ping, packet loss etc. It's especially difficult if you have a good ping but bad hit detection as it's not necessarily anything on your side. People try throttling, experimenting with different ports for Traffic Prioritization and adjusting their MTU so might be worth a look.
  15. You can give it ago, just keep in mind with the suggestion from Liam, it will limit the other devices to their allocation
  16. Best to use it without the Geo-Filter for the moment until we can get that sorted.
  17. Great thanks, we did find a server that was blocked that should be whitelisted but it's still not working so will require some more testing.
  18. The team are currently looking into it, just to double check, is it a PC you're playing on?
  19. We're actually working on integrating Ping Heatmap and the Geo-Filter together to make an overall better, more optimized experience!
  20. Yes that makes sense, you won't be able to get an Open NAT while using a VPN
  21. It could be within the radius and the server shown in that radius was mislocated on the map, was that what you pinged on the Geo-Filter? Are you actually located on the East Coast? I know there has been problems in the past where there has been issues trying to force west coast servers, if you are from the east or central and try to force around there does it work?
  22. It's quite possible the game was in your radius there, where were you checking the ping? Does it work more as you expect with the VPN disabled?
  23. Sorry about this, I haven't heard back from the team, I'll poke and prod them tomorrow!
  24. Ping Heatmap we can do a cloud update next week, that won't affect your ability to use the Geo-Filter at all. So when you're actually searching for a game can you get into a game and does it show a server within your radius when it does?
  25. You don't need to do that, the console gets the DNS from the router itself
