  1. Hey, welcome to the forum! I can't see that you've set your home location anywhere and the radius is the smallest it can be - you need to have servers in your radius to be able to play/filter.
  2. With Bandwidth Allocation share excess will be enabled so as it won't be using any bandwidth other devices can take what they need/whatever allocation that device may have
  3. It won't be causing any issues to the connection at all, you can block it if that makes you feel more secure, do the above and see if that makes any difference
  4. Hey, welcome to the forum! I'll put you on the list for when we expand.
  5. Do you ever get to the point where you can login or does this happen before that? Clear the data/cache for the app, reboot the phone then try accessing again please.
  6. Pourriez-vous clarifier s'il vous plaît?
  7. It's entirely dependent on how long their testing process takes, I couldn't say, in the meantime I would recommend you have your ISP router handle PPPoE so QoS can work correctly on the router. When you get a disconnect grab the log from the System Information page and post it here please.
  8. Sign up for Early Access: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ once approved you can then try the firmware there and see if that resolves the issue for you
  9. Are ALL devices connected to the R2? If not they can pull bandwidth away from the router. What upload speed are you getting on speedtest.net?
  10. What phone are you using and what is the version of Android you are on?
  11. Yes the XR500 and R2 both have this feature
  12. We haven't specifically tested that provider but it should as long as the template above is followed. It will get the DPI cloud update yes.
  13. Hey, welcome to the forum! You can find any news about upcoming updates here: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000132677-dumaos-firmware-progress
  14. Sign up for Early Access: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ and once approved try the firmware there and see if you get more stability.
  15. Ahh glad you managed to resolve it, I'll add you to the list for when we expand!
  16. It's a hub I think, have you put the R2 in the DMZ, if not please do so and that may boost the speeds a little
  17. Are you having a similar issue?
  18. Hey, welcome to the forum! We use a different speedtest site to show your speeds on Benchmark and it doesn't always reflect what you get depending on where you are in relation to those servers. What do you get on speedtest.net? Did you disable QoS from the Congestion Control menu which looks like this ? Are ALL devices connected to the R2? What is the model of your modem?
  19. If Congestion Control isn't showing spikes for Ping Under Load then you're good, no need to worry about the other test
  20. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays & Happy New Year to all!
  21. We use a different speedtest site to calculate it - either it's not picking the correct server or there isn't a super close server to you. As long as speedtest.net reports correctly you won't be limited
  22. You're already approved, you don't get an email when it's done but take a look on the main forum and you'll now see the Early Access section
  23. I'll add your name to the list for when we expand the group
  24. That won't happen, we would probably lose money if we did that, R3 will come at some point but I couldn't say when - we're focused on software at the moment.
  25. You have access already: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
