È bello sentirlo, grazie per l'aggiornamento!

That's our recommended starting point but it won't work for everyone so it is worth changing them to see what works best for your connection. Unloaded isn't affected by the router, that's your baseline ping essentially, the other two yes, your download percentage may be fine, the ping hasn't risen much for that but upload will definitely need tweaking.

Telstra Optimiser Dumaos Cobraxh 20.4.0428
Netduma Fraser replied to Bund1984's topic in Telstra Internet Optimiser support
Try 70% instead for Download/Upload on Congestion Control, that is usually one of our recommended values. Also on the Geo-Filter you'll need to add the console to it, just click add device and it should add. Then reboot the console and see if that makes a difference. -
You'll need to experiment with the Congestion Control percentages more to try and get that down, when doing the test though disable Traffic Prioritization as it may alter the results

Collegato a entrambi, l'icona grande è l'host del gioco, l'altro un server richiesto per il gioco online che non influirà sul ping del gioco

Question about DHCP?
Netduma Fraser replied to Ivanbad's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
It isn't possible to use .255 for a device IP, that will be the same for any router as it is the broadcast address -
L'icona più grande sarà sempre l'host del gioco, quindi l'altra è probabilmente un server per il gioco online

Welcome R2 owners! We want your feedback!
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Netduma R2 Support
@JustinCase thank you for your feedback, to address your points, does the IP on Sys Info update after a reboot? The Rapp panel is intentionally unable to be used for the moment but that may come into play in the future. We are actually planning/working on merging the Geo-Filter and Ping Heatmap together so they will be more useful together, that will be a ways off. Allowing manual additions to allow/deny has been requested before so it's on our list to potentially add. I'd recommend signing up for Early Access so you can try any new builds there: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ Glad to hear you're enjoying it overall though! -
Found mislocated servers? Let us know here!

Great thank you very much, I'll pass that on, it is a general topic for mislocated servers so you've posted in the right place! -
Telstra Optimiser Dumaos Cobraxh 20.4.0428
Netduma Fraser replied to Bund1984's topic in Telstra Internet Optimiser support
Hey, welcome to the forum! First of all, Telstra has some good information on their support site including a user guide for Game Optimiser, that will help you get to grips with the features and understand what they do and how they can help: https://www.telstra.com.au/support/home-internet/set-up-internet-optimiser Can you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please? Are you using the Geo-Filter? Our own optimal settings guides are also a good resource to help you get started: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/folders/16000090646 -
What speeds are you getting through speedtest.net? The Ping Under Load graph indicates you need to fine tune your QoS settings, experiment with the Congestion Control percentages while set to Always to see what lowers the graph as much as possible.

Unable to get NAT Type A on Nintendo Switch
Netduma Fraser replied to Leo's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
What is the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that up? You'll likely need to put the XR WAN IP from the System Information page into the modem DMZ to get an Open NAT. -
Leave it unplugged over night and try it again in the morning that has helped people with similar issues in the past. Is it connected direct to a wall outlet or via an extender? If an extender use the wall outlet instead.
-
Unplug it for 10 minutes, that lets residual power drain then plug in, wait 2 minutes then perform a reset and see if you can access
-
Did you end up disabling Armor before? A new firmware version isn't far off but may be worth installing the firmware via TFTP, followed by a factory reset for the freshest install possible in case there are any issues in the boot process. https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-do-I-upload-firmware-to-my-NETGEAR-router-using-TFTP-from-the-Microsoft-Windows-Command-Prompt?article=000059634

Could you take out the hyphen and see if it happens again please?

Merci beaucoup pour les rapports, je vais les transmettre à l'équipe

What are you changing on WiFi exactly? If you're changing the WiFi name, how long is the new name, are you using any symbols?

Setting IP outside DHCP?
Netduma Fraser replied to Ivanbad's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
That won't work, you'd need to adjust the range on DHCP then set a value outside that under 256 -
Comment le définissez-vous, comme 0,5 par exemple ? Comment s'affiche-t-il ?
-
I've just approved you so you can now access it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/

Sign up for Early Access: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ once approved download the firmware from there, then do the same process and upgrade to this version, then just do another factory reset straight away from the interface, wait 2 minutes, access, complete the wizard and see if it stays up

Setting IP outside DHCP?
Netduma Fraser replied to Ivanbad's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
What was the IP that you set exactly? No not really unless you're having issues with DHCP specifically -
Do it again, get through the setup wizard as fast as possible and try to upgrade the firmware as soon as you get a chance to
-
Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes and then try accessing the interface
