  1. Looks like it's trying to find other files, there should be a ca and key file as well, and it should be in this format when you put it all together: client dev tun proto udp remote lax-a01.ipvanish.com 443 resolv-retry infinite nobind persist-key persist-tun persist-remote-ip verify-x509-name lax-a01.ipvanish.com name auth-user-pass comp-lzo verb 3 auth SHA256 cipher AES-256-CBC keysize 256 tls-cipher TLS-DHE-RSA-WITH-AES-256-CBC-SHA:TLS-DHE-DSS-WITH-AES-256-CBC-SHA:TLS-RSA-WITH-AES-256-CBC-SHA <ca> contents of ca file </ca> <cert> -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- MIIErzCCA5egAwIBAgIJAMYKzSS8uPKDMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBDQUAMIGVMQswCQYD VQQGEwJVUzELMAkGA1UECBMCRkwxFDASBgNVBAcTC1dpbnRlciBQYXJrMREwDwYD VQQKEwhJUFZhbmlzaDEVMBMGA1UECxMMSVBWYW5pc2ggVlBOMRQwEgYDVQQDEwtJ UFZhbmlzaCBDQTEjMCEGCSqGSIb3DQEJARYUc3VwcG9ydEBpcHZhbmlzaC5jb20w IBcNMjIwNTA5MjAyMDQ1WhgPMjA4MjA0MjQyMDIwNDVaMIGVMQswCQYDVQQGEwJV UzELMAkGA1UECBMCRkwxFDASBgNVBAcTC1dpbnRlciBQYXJrMREwDwYDVQQKEwhJ UFZhbmlzaDEVMBMGA1UECxMMSVBWYW5pc2ggVlBOMRQwEgYDVQQDEwtJUFZhbmlz aCBDQTEjMCEGCSqGSIb3DQEJARYUc3VwcG9ydEBpcHZhbmlzaC5jb20wggEiMA0G CSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4IBDwAwggEKAoIBAQC30MFY2v8go65jdOYM/nHu9hlHQMbE ttdTxPIDMFuNS0UUxuHGUeJdVCtkeaDOKH3jHsGBczu1amYwphVv6A1qox1YTrzR Cbec7CaHL926VcOQQcDAPTmL+JPHhlpR21Xa+woHFGDW90LgASLAPtupXgc6LXfF wb3vVpDnkyPUp4J0DRo2+lq3UtbHaONbGx8jyzYu/kWSiLUc7X69OedoSwlmsGAC Qteki2o/b0uKTf84Ei+QEjGUquGJU+LETmo2IP55I+KuyZE6+zIiiegm25jgPDkr qlw2UrJiLCjUg4VhTdjF9/AUmT5tJbhZUGGx1/l0bGr+44ea7PmB3DELAgMBAAGj gf0wgfowDAYDVR0TBAUwAwEB/zAdBgNVHQ4EFgQUS/0UJYkd58Fwg9f2nxEcJU4Z 7q4wgcoGA1UdIwSBwjCBv4AUS/0UJYkd58Fwg9f2nxEcJU4Z7q6hgZukgZgwgZUx CzAJBgNVBAYTAlVTMQswCQYDVQQIEwJGTDEUMBIGA1UEBxMLV2ludGVyIFBhcmsx ETAPBgNVBAoTCElQVmFuaXNoMRUwEwYDVQQLEwxJUFZhbmlzaCBWUE4xFDASBgNV BAMTC0lQVmFuaXNoIENBMSMwIQYJKoZIhvcNAQkBFhRzdXBwb3J0QGlwdmFuaXNo LmNvbYIJAMYKzSS8uPKDMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBDQUAA4IBAQCc9JV7IR8BfBrF/BQT Xg0SZMZyyMAxR2jfW9qMHKSeJuZVVjfHiqoynEgBCNbn71wZWv3OF/Thu9BJ4GiY J2Bc9nIa90D1NGYgiOVYLGXfUUqy5FgfrsWh0Go5oYm9l7W9pWfIifwsaZynkY0r TIHn32FF0H3+wZrGrEUzVL6qi+KD8iR3cBbLT+xUzulMTBp4JYaQnxpV4fZNS0Zs NrWKFWz4Iz1SSBcsnvUhfWs1aKx4yOJQx33Pc+KwpUI+meTlMjoh+AoTriooKU2M bOqLQl32y3pR0MP3fX4HDVFRylxdckEc+VryGNHQLUJiIBKBCORih/YiRhtEhpoB xmkw -----END CERTIFICATE----- </cert> <key> contents of key file </key>
  2. Well done for getting it sorted, sometimes tech can be a bit weird and just have a blip, if it happens again do let us know
  3. It'll bring it more up to speed with the other platforms and will also make use of DPI cloud updates using our new Auto DPI so will have better support for existing games and faster support for any new games and should be more polished overall, I believe it will have HybridVPN as well.
  4. It might be, try this config: client dev tun proto udp remote lax-a01.ipvanish.com 443 resolv-retry infinite nobind persist-key persist-tun persist-remote-ip verify-x509-name lax-a01.ipvanish.com name auth-user-pass comp-lzo verb 3 auth SHA256 cipher AES-256-CBC keysize 256 tls-cipher TLS-DHE-RSA-WITH-AES-256-CBC-SHA:TLS-DHE-DSS-WITH-AES-256-CBC-SHA:TLS-RSA-WITH-AES-256-CBC-SHA <cert> -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- MIIErzCCA5egAwIBAgIJAMYKzSS8uPKDMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBDQUAMIGVMQswCQYD VQQGEwJVUzELMAkGA1UECBMCRkwxFDASBgNVBAcTC1dpbnRlciBQYXJrMREwDwYD VQQKEwhJUFZhbmlzaDEVMBMGA1UECxMMSVBWYW5pc2ggVlBOMRQwEgYDVQQDEwtJ UFZhbmlzaCBDQTEjMCEGCSqGSIb3DQEJARYUc3VwcG9ydEBpcHZhbmlzaC5jb20w IBcNMjIwNTA5MjAyMDQ1WhgPMjA4MjA0MjQyMDIwNDVaMIGVMQswCQYDVQQGEwJV UzELMAkGA1UECBMCRkwxFDASBgNVBAcTC1dpbnRlciBQYXJrMREwDwYDVQQKEwhJ UFZhbmlzaDEVMBMGA1UECxMMSVBWYW5pc2ggVlBOMRQwEgYDVQQDEwtJUFZhbmlz aCBDQTEjMCEGCSqGSIb3DQEJARYUc3VwcG9ydEBpcHZhbmlzaC5jb20wggEiMA0G CSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4IBDwAwggEKAoIBAQC30MFY2v8go65jdOYM/nHu9hlHQMbE ttdTxPIDMFuNS0UUxuHGUeJdVCtkeaDOKH3jHsGBczu1amYwphVv6A1qox1YTrzR Cbec7CaHL926VcOQQcDAPTmL+JPHhlpR21Xa+woHFGDW90LgASLAPtupXgc6LXfF wb3vVpDnkyPUp4J0DRo2+lq3UtbHaONbGx8jyzYu/kWSiLUc7X69OedoSwlmsGAC Qteki2o/b0uKTf84Ei+QEjGUquGJU+LETmo2IP55I+KuyZE6+zIiiegm25jgPDkr qlw2UrJiLCjUg4VhTdjF9/AUmT5tJbhZUGGx1/l0bGr+44ea7PmB3DELAgMBAAGj gf0wgfowDAYDVR0TBAUwAwEB/zAdBgNVHQ4EFgQUS/0UJYkd58Fwg9f2nxEcJU4Z 7q4wgcoGA1UdIwSBwjCBv4AUS/0UJYkd58Fwg9f2nxEcJU4Z7q6hgZukgZgwgZUx CzAJBgNVBAYTAlVTMQswCQYDVQQIEwJGTDEUMBIGA1UEBxMLV2ludGVyIFBhcmsx ETAPBgNVBAoTCElQVmFuaXNoMRUwEwYDVQQLEwxJUFZhbmlzaCBWUE4xFDASBgNV BAMTC0lQVmFuaXNoIENBMSMwIQYJKoZIhvcNAQkBFhRzdXBwb3J0QGlwdmFuaXNo LmNvbYIJAMYKzSS8uPKDMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBDQUAA4IBAQCc9JV7IR8BfBrF/BQT Xg0SZMZyyMAxR2jfW9qMHKSeJuZVVjfHiqoynEgBCNbn71wZWv3OF/Thu9BJ4GiY J2Bc9nIa90D1NGYgiOVYLGXfUUqy5FgfrsWh0Go5oYm9l7W9pWfIifwsaZynkY0r TIHn32FF0H3+wZrGrEUzVL6qi+KD8iR3cBbLT+xUzulMTBp4JYaQnxpV4fZNS0Zs NrWKFWz4Iz1SSBcsnvUhfWs1aKx4yOJQx33Pc+KwpUI+meTlMjoh+AoTriooKU2M bOqLQl32y3pR0MP3fX4HDVFRylxdckEc+VryGNHQLUJiIBKBCORih/YiRhtEhpoB xmkw -----END CERTIFICATE----- </cert>
  5. When you say you can't connect from WiFi do you mean it connects to the WiFi but you have no internet? If so you'll need to complete the Setup Wizard on the interface/app before you can get internet.
  6. That's the same as the previous one, it's only part of what is needed, you'll need a cert file at least in addition to that
  7. Como acima, você precisará adicioná-los à sua lista de permissões. Veja como fazer isso no final deste guia: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000077072-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-geo-filter
  8. That's awesome to hear, thanks for your workaround and kind words!
  9. Hello, welcome to the forum! It could be the reviewer had already opened it to ensure the full contents was there before making the video, otherwise if there isn't a seal it would be because we needed to open it to put the firmware on. Either way rest assured you would be receiving a new unit.
  10. There should be something blocked on the map when that happens, if you allow it does that let you into the game but with a server inside your radius?
  11. Generally they won't change too much but they can if the device is rebooted, they connect via a different method etc, it's just how it works but no there aren't any downsides to reserving addresses for all the devices.
  12. As above but also as the MAC address is changing then it is likely the device has been connected via ethernet or 2.4Ghz or 5GHz at one time and so will appear different for each connection method
  13. It's not the full file, there will be other parts you need to get it connected. Was there a zip file? If so upload that and I'll put together a config for you.
  14. Generally the betas are up to Netgear but we do push for them, especially when there are big changes such as the transition to 3.3 so I imagine there will be at least one beta but for more smaller updates I wouldn't expect we'd do a beta every time.
  15. Yes that's right!
  16. Based on what I can see the team are debugging an issue with accessing the interface after implementing fixes for 3.3 so it depends how long that takes. There probably will be, I just don't want to promise one in case it does end up going straight to the public release. I would be surprised if that happened though.
  17. The CoD profile specifically would also use DPI, in general DPI would be more specific and we did do a DPI update recently for the XR500 so either using CoD or Classified should give you good results.
  18. It depends how precise you want to be, you could play a game and lower the percentage, play another and lower it further etc until you find a value that feels right or you can go more in depth: By utilizing this guide: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping while saturating your connection with downloads and with Always selected start with a high value for Congestion Control, say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values. You don't need to adjust Bandwidth Allocation really.
  19. I've responded in the other topic, no need to make a new topic for a new question
  20. It will prevent spikes and jitter so you'll have a more consistent experience overall and will help to keep your ping low
  21. Both essentially so yes it's still beneficial to have it enabled even if it is the only device being used. For QoS to work optimally overall though all devices should be connected to the router and not to your ISP modem/router.
