Was that as low as you could get the Ping Under Load results?

Expiry on Device Manager
Netduma Fraser replied to keezza's topic in Feature Ideas & Improvements for DumaOS
We could certainly do something like that, in the meantime you can press the icon on the Device Manager and remove all offline devices. -

Thanks for that, looks like you've updated to the Early Access version that we actually posted as a public firmware update recently which is fine. Reset Bandwidth Allocation completely, then It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control, say 95% then do a Connection Benchmark test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good for Ping Under Load (as close to the Ping test values) and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values. See if that eliminates the issues you're having once it's been fine tuned.

¿Te refieres a Ping Heatmap o al Geo-Filter? Proporcione una captura de pantalla de la página que le preocupa, por favor

FIRMWARE: 3.3.308 Smart QoS (Hit Detection)
Netduma Fraser replied to TODDzillaInLA's topic in Call of Duty Support
Added! Likely when upload is resolved the experience will be a lot better! -
Ningún video específicamente, así que cuando estás en un juego, ¿no aparece nada en el mapa? ¿Puedes alejar el mapa para verificarlo dos veces?

I believe I mentioned what had happened in a previous post - we don't update it to the latest but we have to flash the software onto the router in the first place

I don't know what that is or the ports it has but you need to connect one of the LAN ports on that box to the R2, then you can access the router and change the WiFi password - VLAN ID is in Settings on the router
-
Could you provide a screenshot of your entire interface from the QoS page please?

Hey, welcome to the forum! Ping Heatmap gets out of date fairly often as they change the servers being used, we'll be able to update that after Easter but shouldn't cause you any issues on the Geo-Filter.
-
Easter Holidays at the moment so no updates. It will be assigned to a developer and it will have a priority tag on it, whatever that is will determine when it gets worked on. Just to give you a realistic expectation the devs have a lot more priorities to cover so it might not be a quick thing - it depends how quick a fix it is I would have though.
-
Click on the yellow star on the right to unprioritize it, sounds like you may have done so already, you could have Gaming and Work from Home enabled, prioritizing all ports to a device shouldn't be necessary
-
Have you disabled Media as that default setting will prioritize Disney+
-
-
Good progress! Is that with Download reduced using Congestion Control as well?

Connection problem with Playstation 5
Netduma Fraser replied to ZeDoQueijo's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
No but you could use TFTP,this bypasses the boot process and any issues there then once done do a factory reset for the freshest install possible: https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-do-I-upload-firmware-to-my-NETGEAR-router-using-TFTP-from-the-Microsoft-Windows-Command-Prompt?article=000059634 -
Mailen Sie trotzdem und wir werden sehen, was wir tun können.

Upgrading Firmware Question
Netduma Fraser replied to DHawk12's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
So upgrade the firmware, wait 5 minutes or so after you've done that just to make sure its all finished properly, then you can do a factory reset and you'll be good to go. If you're going to upgrade would you like to try the beta? -
Connection problem with Playstation 5
Netduma Fraser replied to ZeDoQueijo's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Do try a different port, it's possible it's become faulty. I haven't seen anyone with this issue for quite some time, I've seen that people do have the issue a lot outside of DumaOS. You could try setting the XR to AP mode briefly and seeing whether the issue still happens. That would essentially disable DumaOS entirely so if it's still an issue that at least rules out that side of things.
