  1. Try different values, every connection is different so you may just need to experiment a little to find what works best for you. How do you have Traffic Prioritization set?
  2. I'm assuming this is on PC so in the Device Manager set your PC as a PlayStation then go to the Geo-Filter add your PC and select the manual option, then see if the above works for you
  3. We're working on resolving that issue, for the moment if you can have your ISP modem/router handle PPPoE that will then allow Congestion Control for Upload to work so you can bring down that bufferbloat result
  4. Your base connection does have some jitter/spikes up to ~10ms which isn't ideal and there isn't much we can do about that. Ping Under Load at that rating would indicate that QoS needs to be fine tuned some more. It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control, say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values.
  5. What is your ping to the game as shown by the Geo-Filter and what is it in game? Can you provide screenshots of your QoS and Geo-Filter pages please?
  6. We can only add the ones we can see when testing, it is likely some are missed, as long as each location is shown with some pings then the connection should be roughly the same to the servers in that location. You won't be able to do that then unfortunately as they won't respond to normal pings.
  7. Are you using Mirror Mode for WiFi or have you disabled this?
  8. We don't have them in the UK but I know what you mean regarding their "speedtest". The speeds for you aren't varying by much and you have a lot to play with anyway so you could go 950 down, 24 up to split the difference.
  9. Hello, welcome to the forum! I'd recommend going through our optimal settings guides and if you're still having issues make a new topic and we'll be happy to help. https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/folders/16000090646
  10. It's not easy and that's what we will be doing once ready
  11. Can you provide a screenshot of what you see when trying to access please? You have Early Access so it's worth trying a newer version from there to see if that helps - we posted a new one today.
  12. Great thanks, it's also worth upgrading to the new version just in case that helps at all. What do you mean exactly, you connect but it doesn't get internet until you reboot the device?
  13. Not too much to add really, we recently released the next beta for the XR500 which was the next step we wanted/needed to achieve before the XR700 so we're definitely closer to a release I've asked the team to do it this week, I'll chase them again tomorrow
  14. Added! I think it's going pretty well so far!
  15. I would recommend having a look through our optimal settings guides: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/folders/16000090646 Gaming doesn't use much bandwidth so by prioritizing the Xbox everything else will still have plenty. Primarily you'll want to use Congestion Control and Traffic Prioritization to ensure your connection works the best.
  16. Could you provide the log from the System Information page when you see this happen please?
  17. ¡Qué bueno escuchar eso, gracias por la actualización!
  18. Tray has explained the reason why your server isn't being shown & also not pinged but that's just part of it. I suspect the IP you're trying to ping is a game server potentially for CoD is that right? If so they don't allow you to directly ping their servers that's why it fails. What you would need to do in this instance is ping the game normally using heatmap, click the server location/IP from the list on the right. Then scroll down where the box for that server will have appeared, then click add to list and save it to your custom list. By doing it this way, Ping Heatmap then knows it's a CoD game server and will use our workaround that allows us to ping the server.
  19. Allow & Deny is more of a permanent version of the Geo-Filter, once allowed/denied they will always adhere to that regardless of your Geo-Filter settings unless you remove them. A good example above is using it to allow a friend that would otherwise be outside your radius. Also every panel on the router has a ? icon that you can click on to provide you more information about the feature. I would recommend making a new topic regarding this as it does work but for example the Spanish server is not always available to be connected to so if you're only forcing that you'll have some trouble. There are multiple servers clustered in those locations so the server IPs may not always match.
  20. I can certainly pass that on to get tested/added. If you're on console then Games Console or gaming as a whole will prioritize it. I believe it does work with the Geo-Filter, if you're on PC you'll need to give it the PlayStation device type in the Device Manager and then add it to the Geo-Filter with the manual option.
  21. Which update are you on specifically .280? Did you do a factory reset after as that will be important to prevent any potential issues
