  1. Okay thanks, we'll take a look!
  2. No you can't disable specific log entries. Did you toggle Daylight Savings Time? Doing that should give you the correct time on the correct time zone.
  3. Yeah it's a shame we can't do anything for that specifically and it's just a Netgear issue. Have you done the usual static/reserved IP workaround?
  4. Anything that runs in AP mode will work with the R2 and those functionalities. As above you can use the XR1000 in AP mode, you get AX WiFi plus you don't need to buy anything else.
  5. No sé si ese es exactamente el que proporcionamos pero funcionaría.
  6. Possibly yes, are you attempting to connect to the WiFi while connected via ethernet? If so no need to do that, do you have access to the interface via ethernet?
  7. You would need to contact them to see if they provide it, they may not
  8. Hello, the XR1000 doesn't currently have HybridVPN included so you won't be able to do that at the moment.
  9. Ethernet connecting PC to the R2
  10. Can you connect to it directly via ethernet to see if you can access it?
  11. The authentication servers just check that you own the game/are online/signed in, they don't run games on those servers so the game server must be somewhere else. That ping is basically what you would get on LAN so I don't think it's necessarily anything wrong with the routing etc. You may be getting lag compensated in which case forcing a server slightly further away might help.
  12. Thanks! It was what I suspected so we'll try and get that compatibility in the next app update
  13. Have you tried accessing the router via an ethernet connection and seen whether the interface loads?
  14. No worries, just glad to hear you got it all sorted, thanks for the update!
  15. May be worth doing a factory reset so it sets up again with the new speeds, might be holding on to the slower speeds for some reason
  16. Sounds more like an ISP issue or not necessarily an ISP issue but a peak time congestion problem
  17. Do you have the R2 in the DMZ on the Huawei?
  18. Access http://192.168.77.1/dumaweb/#dashboard go to ping on the left and Congestion Control is there
  19. What do you get from speedtest.net?
  20. Yes that'll be fine for the PC via ethernet
  21. You don't need to change the WAN options of MTU but sounds alright otherwise
  22. Are ALL devices connected to the R2? Did you enter your new speeds into Bandwidth Settings?
