  1. Your phone will be set to use randomized MAC addresses which makes it essentially look like another device. Disable it by following this guide: https://www.howtogeek.com/722653/how-to-disable-random-wi-fi-mac-address-on-android/ Then on the Device Manager click the icon and you can delete all offline devices, that will prevent the multiple devices.
  2. There is definitely a server you are blocking then, don't use the app, view on a PC, look for a blocked server, add it to your allow list and it should work
  3. Are you seeing the same behavior if you use the normal PC/desktop view?
  4. Do a factory reset now, it's quite a big change, it should be fine after that
  5. Bonne question, est-ce 250/300 avec des curseurs à 100 % et réglés sur jamais ?
  6. Você pode fornecer uma captura de tela da página Geo-Filter mostrando isso acontecendo, por favor?
  7. Which firmware were you on specifically when you couldn't access? Are you on the intermediary firmware?
  8. Do you have any servers in your denied list? You may have denied one essential for online play/matchmaking
  9. I've not seen the issue happen for awhile, it may be worth trying the beta version here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/ We've not encountered anyone using those devices so far, I wouldn't have thought so. If you're using Smart Connect it may not like the automatic switching between 2.4/5GHz, usually smart devices just want to be connected to 2.4GHz.
  10. Great thanks, I'll pass that on!
  11. Ils peuvent être importants, oui, mais ce n'est pas quelque chose que vous pouvez contrôler, cela me semble correct - les jeux n'utilisent pas beaucoup de bande passante.
  12. I can make a request for it, I couldn't say when/if it may be included. The R2 does have its own Adblocker you can use and add different lists to.
  13. It's not something we've developed/people have requested at all, Netgear also don't have the option
  14. He's really busy with cloud tasks, I'm going to keep nudging him today
  15. Do you have the R2 in that routers DMZ?
  16. Did you draw the polygon when you were already on the game by any chance?
  17. Have you tried the troubleshooting tips from Fanduel here: https://support.fanduel.com/s/article/Location-Troubleshooting-Tips and from Draftking here: https://help.draftkings.com/hc/en-us/articles/4403920029843#h_01FB10HGPQPTS6QFJQJ9F3WE16
  18. No way to set it on LAN, you can set it for WAN, it will show you the IP you need to enter there: https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome/wiki/Getting-Started#configure-devices
  19. We're working on that, it shouldn't be too much longer. No that's an issue we're looking at currently. We're working on improving the software as much as possible at the moment.
  20. Do you have your PC added to the Geo-Filter? If you disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control menu does it work then?
  21. Sounds like the Adblocker, if you disable this do they load correctly?
  22. That would indicate when the router above the R2 is handling PPPoE that it's not properly passing through IPv6, is it enabled on that router?
  23. No not yet unfortunately, I don't think its an easy fix
  24. Seeing the two IPs isn't necessarily an indication of a double NAT, you will see that regardless because you're using two routers. Using the exposed host option will get rid of the double NAT, you can then check your NAT status on a game/console to verify this.
  25. You don't have to buy a modem, you can just put the R2 WAN IP (found on the System Information page) into the DMZ feature on your modem/router and that will prevent the double NAT.
