  1. Hello, welcome to the forum! Where are you trying to add this, on the Geo-Filter? What platform are you playing on?
  2. I can see a potential issue, for the XR, what is the IP the modem/router has given it?
  3. A MAC address is a unique hardware identifier, so by setting a static IP you're saying assign an IP to this unique device, if that device MAC address changes then it cannot assign that IP to it as it appears as though it's another unique device. The randomize option wouldn't really be a problem on a normal router as you rarely interact with its interface but for a DumaOS device where you apply settings to specific devices that's where it gets a bit annoying, so it would be best to disable to ensure your settings apply correctly.
  4. It's dedicated to packet acceleration so you will rarely ever see it showing much % use, it's perfectly normal!
  5. Check the IP on the PC itself, then check any unknown/unnamed devices on the Device Manager to see if one of them matches, it may not be able to detect the name correctly or reboot the PC and may then show up correctly.
  6. When did you switch back to modem mode? As I found modem mode to be a little unstable which could be contributing to the issue, that's alright no need!
  7. Interesting, since you switched the VM back to router mode to set the DMZ are any devices now bypassing the XR and using the VM hub directly at all?
  8. Is the bottom screenshot what the modem is set to currently?
  9. It won't be wide open, it'll use the default credentials, I think you'll need to do a factory reset to get it back to normal, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface and see if it works then
  10. The modem/router the XR is connected to will have an LAN IP of 192.168.1.1 which means you cannot set the XR to the same IP, you'll either need to change the ISP LAN IP to another if you want the XR to have that IP or keep the LAN IP the XR has currently. May I ask why you don't want the XR to handle DHCP - is your idea to have the modem/router give IPs to the devices connected to the XR?
  11. Thanks for that, before you arrived at these settings being the best, had you tried at 5% intervals before that all the way up to 95%?
  12. Could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please and we can go from there
  13. Nothing further to note since my last message, we also had a national holiday on Monday so lost a day there, for the XR1000 it really shouldn't be much longer either. For slow loading, disable Armor if enabled, clear browser cache/cookies and reload each page once and it should be faster then. Also make sure you're not connecting to the interface via HTTPS and that the browser isn't forcing that either.
  14. Hello, welcome to the forum! Which router is this, the XR1000? Give the router a reboot, wait 2 minutes before attempting to access, are you able to login then?
  15. Glad to hear you got it sorted, do let us know if it happens again
  16. Biggest icon is always the host, you'll need to set Ping Assist to 0 to force effectively and reduce the Geo-Filter radius if you want to just focus on the East Coast
  17. As above, it's an authentication server required for online play. The biggest icon on the map will always be the game server, in this case it's the one in your polygon so all good and working as expected!
  18. Disable Fast Search and then it will force it just to the area you have selected.
