  1. If you could provide any IDs that would be really helpful and allow us to correct them a lot quicker
  2. Si intenta utilizar el navegador web de su móvil, ¿se carga correctamente?
  3. I'll have to disagree on this one, there are quite a few new features and all of them will improve the quality of your connection in one way or another. Keep an eye out!
  4. Do keep us updated if their issue seems to be resolved, otherwise do try it on the desktop view on a PC and see if it behaves any better
  5. Yes it'll have 3.3 and should have HybridVPN but probably not with Wireguard as we're facing an issue with that
  6. I'll definitely pass it on to the team and see if we can get it added, its a pretty fun game!
  7. Yes DumaOS 4 will come to the R2 at a later date
  8. Unfortunately not no, it launches with the R3 and will come to the R2 at a later date
  9. Hello, welcome to the forum! Thanks for the pre-order! To answer your questions: Precisely, 1Gbps means that's your max speed. Adblocker you can add lists using a URL or add domains manually. We have two lists included by default. You can change the DNS so in theory yes. I assume it's not too much of a jump to say you're a gamer, so IF your connection is super stable to the point that QoS is unlikely, firstly I'd be surprised haha but you would still majorly benefit from Geo-Filter 2.0 so you can select the servers you play on and experience steady ping. Overall though QoS will intelligently allocate bandwidth based on your priorities which regardless of your connection speeds just wouldn't happen on any other router. It would need to be a modem/router for you to do that first of all. The R3 would only have access to 1Gbps so could only possibly do QoS on that much bandwidth, if you do have other network devices that the R3 cannot see or interact with and they're using a lot of bandwidth then it could have negative impacts for devices connected to the R3. I wouldn't know about that one to be honest, I don't think that has crossed anyone's mind to try, what would be your usecase in this scenario?
  10. Great to hear that, we're sure you'll love it!
  11. Hoping so yes! Should be this year or early next
  12. Go to the QoS page, click the icon top left of the Congestion Control panel and you can do so from there
  13. I'm generally not a fan of powerline adapters as I feel they cause more instability than the benefits they provide - it all depends on the quality of the wiring in your home. If you could I'd suggest trying without them though I appreciate it may not be a simple task. That's worth a try though QoS will not work as effectively.
  14. Still not heard back unfortunately, I'm still chasing, as you can imagine with the R3 around the corner everyone is really busy. I will come back to you as soon as I hear anything
  15. ¿Qué navegador web estás usando? ¿Podrías usar Google Chrome e intentarlo nuevamente, por favor?
  16. Check the Device Manager table view, does the link speed show as 100Mbps? If so, check the PC itself, what is the link speed showing for the connection?
  17. Are you accessing using HTTPS or is the browser forcing HTTPS? Do you have a browser based Adblocker enabled?
  18. What is the actual IP address of the console, not seeing it on that screenshot.
  19. Other than a few small spikes, your connection from the PC to the router is solid, your connection from the router to the internet is also solid. If the router was faulty it definitely wouldn't be that stable. It's most likely your connection to the specific gaming servers, using the Geo-Filter to force different servers and adding any you come across that give you a bad connection to your deny list so you never play on them again should leave you with servers you have a good connection to.
  20. Glad to hear you got it resolved, that's definitely a strange one, I've never seen that before, it must have been some sort of clash somewhere
  22. To answer your questions: If you have an Open NAT there is no need to do that, if you have NAT issues set NAT to Open in WAN Settings instead I would recommend using strict mode Auto Ping just automatically pings the host of the game, unless you want to manually ping the host of the game I would suggest leaving it enabled for ease Do step 1 and you should get an open NAT, remove the port forwards once you have done that
  23. They will be servers, just misclassified as peers on the map, if you provide the IDs of them we can get them corrected with a cloud update
  24. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  25. What page are you seeing this on? Does it occur when loading the page or after adjusting anything? What firmware version are you on currently?
