  1. You don't need to specify a service on the console, DumaOS Classified Games would work or you could add it with the console service.

  6. When they're in the lobby they don't appear at all? Are they on the same game platform as you or are you playing together cross platform?

  11. Hello, welcome to the forum! There are some issues with the servers being used, we'll likely need a firmware update to correct it but we'll do what we can from the cloud. In the meantime it would be best to manually adjust Congestion Control to eliminate lag.

We'll have to get someone to force an upgrade through for you when they're back from the holidays, in the meantime: o to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, close the tab, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if you can access those pages.
  13. Could you clarify? You say you don't notice a difference in gun fights but then that hit detection is better?
  14. It's most likely the ping to the server is too high, try with a closer server, does it connect then?

  17. Most likely it wasn't triggering properly in the first place for some reason and the reboot/update allowed it to trigger but do let us know if you notice anything else like that

For the Geo-Filter try this: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Disable Steady Ping Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then, restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game) or if that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and try again please. See if that is more stable for you.
  20. Could you provide a screenshot of the file as it appears on the PC so I can see the extension as well please?
  21. You may have a faulty ethernet cable connecting the R3 to the Hub or the PC to the R3, if you swap them out does it keep the speed?
  22. What do you mean only one person can play at a time? What happens when another tries to play?
  23. Did you set the static IP while it wasn't able to get internet? If so reboot the device, not the router and see if it gets internet then. Also if you could get the logs from Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced > System Logs that might give us an idea why it happened
