Netduma R3 - Fragen an deutsche Nutzer
Netduma Fraser replied to Fairypusher's topic in NETDUMA Deutsch
ANNOUNCEMENT: Introducing the Netduma R3
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Lew's topic in News & Announcements
You can find the answer in the above linked topic -

-
That's not necessary to do

Netduma R2 Packet loss and Ping spikes Wired and WiFi
Netduma Fraser replied to morph1kx's topic in Netduma R2 Support
That makes zero sense really, could you factory reset it, close the tab, wait 4 minutes, go through the Setup Wizard, keep everything default, don't change anything when you get on the interface and repeat the test please? -

Family members Playstation connection
Netduma Fraser replied to TheMW2Ghost's topic in Community Discussion
Could you put their PS5 in the DMZ and then test it please? It'll basically bypass everything so I'd be very surprised if there was still an issue -

The game may need more testing but with 2.0 games that are harder to Geo-Filter such as Fortnite, Halo Infinite can be filtered.- 61 replies

Netduma R2 Packet loss and Ping spikes Wired and WiFi
Netduma Fraser replied to morph1kx's topic in Netduma R2 Support
If you disconnect everything from the internet except your gaming device, disable QoS fully, Geo-Filter etc then play how is it? Do the same for another router as well please -

Netduma Fraser replied to HANDSOME KING's topic in Feature Ideas & Improvements for DumaOS
That's impossible, the XR500 ports are limited to 1Gbps as well. The QoS will be better on the R3 I can say that for sure and with Geo-Filter 2.0 you'll have the smoothest connection as possible.- 61 replies

Lagging due to upload taking all bandwith
Netduma Fraser replied to maudish's topic in Telstra Internet Optimiser support
Okay that's good so Congestion Control can eliminate the lag, with Auto it only applies when traffic is being prioritized, so it sounds like there may be an issue there as it wasn't triggering before - how do you have that setup? -

Okay we can look at that, in terms of the lag you were experiencing, if you disable auto does that improve it at all? -

Could you double check to see whether the speeds are still what you previously entered? Could you disable the Auto Mode on Congestion Control and see whether you get the same issue please? -
Don't worry, could you try this link specifically please? http://192.168.2.1/desktop/index.html#com.netdumasoftware.desktop

Netduma R2 Packet loss and Ping spikes Wired and WiFi
Netduma Fraser replied to morph1kx's topic in Netduma R2 Support
That's basically bypassing everything and making all traffic go to the gaming device unimpeded so I can't see that anything on the router would be causing it. If you heavily throttle your speeds to 10% with Congestion Control (set to Always) do you notice any difference?
