Yes those are the speeds you should get, what are you getting? Could you disable Steady Ping on the Geo-Filter please then try again? Someone with a similar saw that was affecting it.

It's simply not possible for you to have a ping that low to the game unless the server is literally in your house so that will be a misreading, much more likely to be the 24ms you mentioned. -1 is physically impossible so definitely some weirdness going on with the ping readings on the game.

You don't need to do that now as we have improved how it works for PC now. However if your game isn't listed for example or if you're having an issue it's a good workaround to keep in mind.

Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing please? Haven't seen this happen before. What web browser/device are you using to access the web interface? What is the model of your phone?

As above, reboot the router then do the upgrade and it should work fine

Try this: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and try again.

UPnP shouldn't disable when setting the Port Forwarding rules and I can't reproduce that, re-enable it, does it allow you to?

It's basically like Bandwidth Allocation with Share Excess enabled on the other routers except you can't disable the share excess function so bandwidth will be shared if nothing is being used

What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how is that setup? Are ALL devices connected to the XR?

In addition to the above are you using SmartBOOST / Congestion Control? The streaming may be prioritized (it is be default) so you could remove this from the priorities on SmartBOOST. Congestion Control in Ping Optimizer > Advanced is likely to make the most difference though.

What happens when you try exactly, do you get an error message etc?
