  1. Glad to hear you're enjoying it! Sent to you all I don't get what you mean at the beginning, can you clarify? Are you setting it up prior to launching the game? Is it showing stabilized - if not then it won't be applying the extra ping I mean yeah the device doesn't need to compete with anything else on the R3 so you could disable this
  2. Sent firmware to those that have asked for it. If you're having issues please do make your own topic and I will get to you, even if it's slightly delayed everyone will be answered. It's very hard to support multiple people in one topic
  3. It doesn't show you're gaming at all with NBA on SmartBOOST? We'll probably need to get it classified. Add the PS5 as a device to prioritize instead and that will work. You should still see servers on the Geo-Filter - is that not the case?
  4. What is the model of the modem/router it is connected to and how is that setup? DMZ, Modem/Bridge mode? Are ALL devices connected to the R2?
  5. Are other devices connected to the ISP modem/router? How have you setup the modem to pass the internet directly through to the XR? Delete the device from the Geo-Filter then go to the Device Manager and change the PS back to a PlayStation device type then re-add it again to the Geo-Filter with the manual option. What ping are you seeing on the Geo-Filter and in game?
  6. That's very strange, does it happen around the same time every time it happens, e.g. every 4 hours? Do you notice any pattern to settings changes/usage prior to it being inaccessible? Is it the .23 version you're on?
  7. D'accord, l'équipe examinera cela l'année prochaine.
  8. Do a factory reset and then disable SmartBOOST, if that is the issue the team will be able to fix it quickly when they're back from the holidays
  9. Is the R3 in the DMZ on the HG? Copy the MAC address of the old router and make the R3 use that, then reboot the router and see if it's better after that please
  10. What settings have you changed from the default specifically?
  11. Did you have it on the previous versions as well? Does it happen every time you try to go on the game or just sometimes?
  12. Glad to hear that's sorted, I will pass it onto the team, you must have been using IPv6 at the time which is why it disconnected which would be expected behavior.
  13. Do try the above, that should get you sorted
  14. Sent via PM, once complete do a factory reset and see if its better after that. If not do make a new topic and we can help.
  15. Have you added servers to your deny list by any chance?
  16. Thanks, hope you did too. Sent! Sent! Happy Holidays!
  17. What firmware version are you on currently?
  18. It may be related to an issue we're aware of so may be fixed in an upcoming update but I will pass it onto the team to take a look into regardless
  19. Livestream is a group so it'll cover all applications/services within that group (albeit it not many within it) but it does cover Twitch so you only need one or the other being prioritized there. Try it with just Twitch as that's more targeted and see if it improves
  20. Okay let us know, no that wouldn't be possible
  21. Does that mean there are other devices in your home connected to the ISP router? What is the ISP modem/router model? Depending on how it is setup it could be contributing to the higher ping From what I was told before Xmas CoD & Halo definitely work for it and other games might work with it. I've already mentioned to see if we can expand the compatibility. How did you setup Congestion Control? You have it on Always but have you adjusted the percentages at all? Try with 70/70 to start with and go from there
  22. I didn't want you to do those settings, just asking if you had done them. If you zoom out of the map are you seeing any other icons at all?
  23. Reboot the router then try again after and it will work
  24. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I'll list some things which could be possibly affecting it and you can try them/let me know if they didn't help: How is the upstream router setup to pass traffic through to the R3? Are ALL devices connected to the R3? At the very least when testing are no devices connected/using internet on the upstream router? Are you using PPPoE, VLAN or DHCP identifiers? Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN As a test make a traffic controller rule to the device and allow ALL traffic, then do a speed test, what do you get? As a test put the PC in the DMZ (briefly for the test then remove), then do a speed test, what do you get?
  25. Is SmartBOOST showing that you're using Twitch at the time? If so, are you seeing anything else at the time using significant traffic? If you delete all other prioritizations other than Twitch does it work any better? What is the model of the ISP modem/router the R3 is connected to? Are ALL devices connected to the R3?
