  1. Do they regain connection again immediately? Although it makes sense so they can get the new IP it shouldn't kick you off immediately, should just get the new IP when it next connects, unless you've disabled DHCP as well?
  2. Thanks for the feedback, more Geo-Filter improvements will be on the way
  3. Have you got Congestion Control set to Always as it should definitely help when that is set. You could also remove streaming as a priority from SmartBOOST
  4. I've sent you .23 via PM, you can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting, once complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset
  5. Have you got the ID for that one? It's likely mislocated on the map
  6. Please do try the above and let us know if that allows you to access. If not reboot, close the tab, wait 4 minutes then try accessing please.
  7. I did actually pass this on to the team to see if they knew why it was happening and based on the information you provided that you didn't do the things I requested we believe it is a bug so we'll be addressing it
  8. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  9. Yes that is correct. You may need to check the upstream modem/router is set to use the same DNS
  10. Ping Assist isn't available on the V2 yet but I believe it will be in the next firmware
  11. I mean how the R3 would be affecting an upstream router like that I don't know, shouldn't be possible. Are there logs on the Sky hub you can look at that indicate what the issue may be?
  12. I think we may have an update this week which improves throughput
  13. There must be something outside your radius being blocked if that's the case, if you provide the IDs or those servers we can get them whitelisted quickly
  14. Yes uploading the file would be fine
  15. We've only just introduced upload QoS to it, the upload Bandwidth Allocation will come in the next version
  16. Okay that's a good sign then, experiment with the percentages until you find that values that work the best for you
  17. If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. You should get an Open NAT then.
  18. You can post it here that should be fine, thank you!
  19. The ads you're referring to are they just when browsing or prior to watching something? If it's when watching then it's unlikely it will successfully block. Those kinds of ads are quite difficult to block - basically they're served on the same domain as the program/film so it makes it hard for the router to discern which is which. It's something we're keen to workaround but it's not a quick fix.
  20. I've sent you .23 via PM, you can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting, once complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset
  21. We don't give out specific dates, I suspect the focus will be to fix bugs first then it will be available or they may be able to get it in one of those versions
  22. I've sent you .23 via PM, you can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting, once complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset
  23. Okay sounds like a phone issue then! Not yet, shouldn't be long now before one is available, I'm hoping for today/tomorrow, depends how the team get on though.
  24. Relay could be it then or potentially an issue on the backend for Geo. Geo improvements will come shortly and we'll look into the relay
  25. Click the icon top right of the Network Activity page and check show router traffic, does it show up more then?
