  1. What settings are you using for Geo-Filter, SmartBOOST and Congestion Control? If your ZTE router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router.
  2. Do you have UPnP enabled on the R3? You may need to use Port Forwarding on the R3. Also the Geo-Filter could be blocking the reading, disable it then launch the game and check what it says. If it says open you can re-enable and ignore it when it says moderate in future.
  3. What game is it you're playing specifically?
  4. Cela ne pourra pas affecter l'instabilité inhérente de votre réseau, compte tenu de la manière dont vous recevez Internet. Mais tout retard/instabilité causé par les appareils utilisés à ce moment-là, il peut certainement aider.
  5. That's great thank you, I can't see anything there myself but I've passed it onto the devs for a closer look. In terms of the rebooting, has that stopped since plugging it direct to an outlet?
  6. Thank you for your feedback, the R2 will be getting DumaOS 4 at a later date so some of these will be addressed with future features. Regarding VPN, you do copy and paste the entire config file, could you expand more on what you mean there?
  7. We don't give out any ETAs but keep an eye on the app store, as soon as its available it will show there
  8. New firmware should resolve the jitter/spikes and should improve the Geo-Filter/overall performance of the router
  9. I have been told there is an update that should improve throughput speeds that should be in the next version so that may resolve it for you
  10. As above, I believe it is very likely that issue so should be fixed quite quickly.
  11. Use this guide to test while saturating the connection with downloads https://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control (set to Always), say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values. See if you can get good results there.
  12. Could you try a different web browser please and see if you get the same issue?
  13. Make sure you're not accessing the interface using HTTPS, also disable any browser based Adblocker, those are the common reasons for those errors. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely including from the System Tray Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  14. There is only 1 firmware version for the V2 currently so no, it's never been on the V2 but should be in the next version
  15. HybridVPN is just a VPN client, you do need a VPN subscription to a provider (we don't have a VPN service), so yes you can
  16. Probably today or tomorrow but can't say for sure
  17. Okay interesting, but you've managed to get past that properly now? In theory yes, however Destiny did make an update that made Geo-Filtering quite difficult so it may not always work but it should be more consistent with DumaOS 4 that will come at a later date to the R2.
  18. Sent It won't be long for that now. It should stay disabled as long as you don't reboot it but we're aware of that. I don't know everything that will be included yet.
  19. We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.
  20. I will add that to the list for potential inclusion in the future!
  21. That's great to hear! You shouldn't need to reboot for it to apply, was it set to Always? Was speed test bypass enabled?
  22. The CPU in general, usage should be much better. Could you make a new topic please? Check the CPU usage when you get the latency spike and see if it is similar. The issue will most likely be affecting everyone, it's not available yet but will be this week.
  23. That's awesome to hear, thanks for posting about your experience!
  24. Yes that's correct. As long as you don't factory reset settings will be preserved through the upgrade, except for QoS as QoS has changed on that version
  25. As above, I don't think there are plans to include that at the moment as in theory it shouldn't be needed anymore with SmartBOOST
