Okay thank you, I will pass that onto the team to have a look at. What is the phone/phone OS version?

R3 > Oribi (AP mode) > Device Manager
Netduma Fraser replied to mindlash's topic in Netduma R3 Support
What devices are they specifically? They don't have the Private/Random MAC addresses option enabled do they? (I know you mentioned the MAC is the same) Good catch on the network activity there, seems like we need to do a better job of handling devices behind an AP, I will pass that on, thank you! -
Sent Nothing new to send yet. We're aware of all those saving issues, we'll get everything sorted, not to worry!

Keep needing to reboot because this screen comes up
Netduma Fraser replied to gpadragon's topic in Netduma R3 Support
When it happens could you right click the page go to Inspect Element. Then in the window that appears go to Network, tick disable cache, click and hold the browser refresh button until you see hard refresh and empty cache, click that, does it load then? If not on the same window go to the console tab, refresh the page and provide a screenshot of any errors that appear there please -

Steady Ping Not Working For Private Matches
Netduma Fraser replied to Twizzlir's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Could just be the general Geo improvements we need to make or the private matches but either way we'll get it sorted! -
Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _

You needed to remove the device from the Geo-Filter first, do that then you can add it as a PC. I think the history aspect needs a bit of work - as long as you're seeing gaming prioritized you're good. Reboot via the button on the back and see if it stays then. Are you accessing using HTTPS?

Not recognized in what way, showing offline? Do you still see icons on the map?
-
Technically that should be VoIP, do you see it showing up for that?
-
That sounds like power potentially, if you look at what I mentioned above for this does that help?
-
No, Device Manager is just under reporting the strength of the WiFi, the WiFi is strong given the db values you're getting
-
Quite possibly it would be, I have sent it via a PM, I'd suggest a factory reset once complete. Steady Ping won't necessarily work for every game due to some limits on the games themselves I believe but it should work some of the time from what we've seen.

Geo-Filter Not Working for The Finals
Netduma Fraser replied to DaBoy98's topic in Netduma R3 Support
What firmware version are you on currently? -
Yes you can do that though QoS may not work as optimally currently
-
Sent to you both

Great to hear that. Not yet, there will be a big meeting on Monday about bugs to organize what should be a priority, I suspect that's linked to a few issues so will be looked at quickly

Steady Ping Not Working For Private Matches
Netduma Fraser replied to Twizzlir's topic in Netduma R3 Support
I don't think the team will have tested private games, I can certainly pass that on to see if we can get that working -
Some issues I encountered with firmware .23
Netduma Fraser replied to TG3NOC1D3's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Glad to hear some issues were resolved, attempts at games outside the radius is normal, as long as they get blocked. If you reboot the game it should work if you had to change it while you were on the game initially
