  1. Clear browser cache and speed test bypass should then appear. If you check on a wired PC do you have the expected speeds? I know the console speed tests are not always accurate
  2. That looks good, though disable UPnP on the ISP router. Also disable DMZ on the R3, it's a big security risk having the PC in it. Once you've done that reboot the ISP router, wait a few minutes then reboot the R3, wait a few minutes and it should work. If not you'll likely need to do some port forwarding on the R3.
  3. Sorry for the late reply, I know for Overwatch it's one of the games that doesn't filter very well and so if you want to filter you'll have to use Geo-Latency with it. Steady Ping won't necessarily work with all games, we know it does work for CoD and if we can widen it's compatibility we will definitely do so. Diablo 4 has been requested so we'll probably get that added. As for everything else such as Twitch, there are a few issues that could be contributing to that which should be fixed quite soon so that should improve.
  4. Maybe, it is the entry prior to the disconnect, if you play direct on your modem do you get the same issues if you try it for a few days?
  5. Sent, it is stable but there are still things to be sorted - it was made prior to the holidays when reports were just starting to come in
  6. Those tests aren't really the best way of determining the best values to eliminate bufferbloat. I'd suggest following this guide, while downloading heavily to saturate the connection https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control (set to Always), say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values.
  7. It is something that has been requested and we're considering, will take quite a bit of work though. Glad it's something you'd like to see!
  8. I've sent you .23 via PM which has some Geo-Filter improvements (we'll be making more so this is just in the meantime), you can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting, once complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset
  9. Yes that's fine
  10. I've sent you .23 via PM, you can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting, once complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset
  11. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely - including from the System Tray Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (change the picture) Resync from the Geo-Filter menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter in the same way Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  12. Interesting, if you disable SmartBOOST fully from > Settings does it work?
  13. Thanks for letting us know, the team are looking into it so should have a fix soon hopefully.
  14. Okay it's probably the Congestion Control settings then that is affecting it, what percentages do you have it set to and is it on Always or Auto?
  15. That's normal behavior, it won't fully ping a server until you're connected to it.
  16. Okay thank you, I'll get the team to take a look, more Geo-Filter improvements are incoming. What firmware version are you on currently?
  17. For CoD it's always servers so you can ignore that
  18. When you say with SmartBOOST turned on, does that mean you get full speeds when you've disabled it fully - as in you go to the page and it says it's disabled and you can't change any settings?
  19. You're making a static route not a static IP. Static IP will be in LAN settings, should be much easier. When you've done that put the IP into the DMZ function on your ISP modem/router and that should sort it.
  20. Try disabling SmartBOOST fully from the menu icon > Settings, if that doesn't help the team are looking into it so should get a fix soon
  21. Does that white server in your radius appear the whole time throughout the game when the server is outside the radius? If so could you provide the ID of it please?
