  1. What do you mean you change them and you get the same results? What testing are you doing?
  2. That's pretty interesting but no the router doesn't provide the information. I'm not surprised it plays worse with TCP given how fast paced the game can play. If that's working for you to avoid the bad games that's great, I think it's probably too niche for us to implement though. Do try experimenting with the percentages as well.
  3. Ah that's really great to hear, thanks for the update!
  4. If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R2 (found in System Information) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. You should get an Open NAT then.
  5. Possibly yes but you'd need to do the DMZ method I mentioned above
  6. I don't know what number it'll be until they've compiled fixes into a build but it won't 23, as above it'll be a higher number .29 for example. There is no need to re-upgrade to the same firmware .23
  7. We don't give out ETAs, as soon as it is ready we'll make it available
  8. It's a Netgear issue and we have let them know many times about this so I am not hopeful it'll be done soon to be honest
  9. Nothing yet, no need to make topics, once it's available and has been tested I'll start giving it out
  10. For the XR series Settings has been done by Netgear so we don't have any influence over that at all unfortunately
  11. I don't have anything yet
  12. We can't release something that is not ready/available once it is it will be released. I realize it is frustrating but it is coming
  13. Expected this week
  14. The router isn't a live service product so if you're having an issue it'll be on your router or a bug. If you test using a wired PC do you get the same low speeds?
  15. Where did you find that was the case? For that kind of game TCP should absolutely not be used, I'd find it very hard to believe they were using it but no you can't find out what your next match is. Try other percentages for Congestion Control, 70% is the recommended starting point but may not be the best for everyone.
  16. If a game shows your location like CoD it should change
  17. SteadyPing doesn't ping the server, that stabilizes the connection, it's just the normal ping function that pings, it's something we'll be improving, I believe we know a reason why it happens
  18. Switch their port to another then use 3074 for yours, then reboot and check whether the features then work better for you
  19. As this is your first post I'd suggest making a topic with your issues and we can help you there
  20. I believe it's already selectable on the R3
  21. Thanks for letting us know your experience, as you've returned it I can't really troubleshoot it with you but perhaps after updates you'll consider us again
  22. Updates are coming, I don't know what order fixes/improvements are coming at the moment, depends on the difficulty of the issue/solution
  23. You can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/106-latest-firmwares/ Not sure what you mean, .23 was made before the holidays, it wasn't pushed to routers, that close to the holidays it would have been a risk to do so. That's why I manually gave it out and monitored, it hasn't seemed to cause any issues. New firmware is still on the way. New firmware is on the way, I don't know if all fixes will be in it or they'll be doing multiple over the coming days/weeks
  24. If you try the ports again, leave the source as the default and just change the destination. If you're wired use normal, wifi use gaming/voice. You're welcome!
  25. That looks fine, do you know what the DNS of the VPN is? Enter that in the VPN Setup menu and it should be fine then. Devices can also cache IPs so worth rebooting the device you've added to double check.
