As above, if it's not ready it's not ready, we don't withhold firmware without good reason - either there isn't a firmware built for it yet or it's not been fixed yet. Once available everyone will get it

Netduma R3 Ping Optimizer has encountered a problem
Netduma Fraser replied to Leidsy's topic in Netduma R3 Support
As above! Best to use Congestion Control manually for the moment in Ping Optimizer > Advanced -
Is it outside your radius at all or inside your radius?

Pretty much as above, we don't give out any ETAs, when the R3 has been more polished we'll port and then probably provide it in Early Access initially

Not that I know of, I think you'd have to connect it upstream if you want it to work -

You can actually see it in the URL as well for a quick way to check

What do you want supported in DumaOS?
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Liam's topic in Community Discussion
The former I can add to the list and see if it is possible. The latter has been suggested before so it's on the list to be potentially included. Thanks for the suggestions! -
Closest MWIII Ded Server has higher ping?
Netduma Fraser replied to Luis Gomes's topic in Netduma R2 Support
That's great to hear thanks for the update! We can't do anything about routing unfortunately, that is down to your internet provider -

Good advice above, if that isn't it, what is the exact rule you're trying to make? -
No Connection/Dropping Connection After Bridging
Netduma Fraser replied to zuhloobie's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Great to hear! It'll be what I mentioned before, something will be blocked on the map, adding it to your allow list should make it work all the time. If you can get us the ID of it as well we can add that to the whitelist cloud- 50 replies

I don't think it's a faulty unit, pretty confident it can be improved with software changes. Shouldn't take that long at all!

It should do, I don't believe we're aware of it not working, what is happening exactly?

Closest MWIII Ded Server has higher ping?
Netduma Fraser replied to Luis Gomes's topic in Netduma R2 Support
It will not always be possible to get a ping that low, it depends on your base ping and then your routing to the game server. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better. I would suggest not using Ping Assist and covering Spain. -
Sorry, what wasn't nice about my response? I was just stating what is happening

Sorry for the delay, the dev wasn't able to connect at the time. Could you double check all those settings are still done please and post back when it's ready so they can connect tomorrow?

We have seen some issues with custom so we'll be looking into that

No Connection/Dropping Connection After Bridging
Netduma Fraser replied to zuhloobie's topic in Netduma R3 Support
It's better to have everything connected to the R3 but it'll probably be fine as long as those devices aren't heavily using bandwidth when you're gaming as the R3 QoS won't be able to control them. So I would say see how it is with that setup, if you're noticing issues like lag when gaming and those other devices are being used then may be worth looking into boosting the signal.- 50 replies

A next update -
Traffic Prioritization supersedes Congestion Control, this is why it is best to use it for low latency traffic such as gaming so it doesn't cause congestion
