  1. That's something! If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R3 and enable remote support in Settings > Troubleshooting. Then post back here from a device connected to the R3 when you've done that and we'll attempt to connect (probably tomorrow now) to enable remote logging so we can get some information when it happens.
  2. As above but the connection should re-establish itself
  3. Thank you for the update, I do have the team looking into this.
  4. Make sure you've set your location then Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  5. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  6. That probably is the cause yes, potentially, if it's constantly trying to block something the whole time
  7. Use simple instead of custom/polygon and then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  8. Not all game servers respond well to pings, they may also have restrictions on them as well which makes it harder, we'll do what we can to make it happen more often but may not always to be possible. Best to make a new topic and we can help you there. Do a hard refresh on the page and they should re-appear. Logs are wiped after a reboot so won't be anything helpful there unfortunately. We've had some similar issues so we're looking into it. Thank you for your feedback, glad to hear you're having a generally good experience so far, it will just get better! Disable it on the interface, reboot, enable, reboot then see if it works I responded to your other post about this
  9. Thank you for the feedback, definitely some weird behavior going on there, best thing you can do in that situation if possible is to grab the log from troubleshooting and we can see what might be happening. Does all appear okay now?
  10. Could you copy/paste the ID? Can't make it out from the screenshot
  11. Gaming or other stuff? Background updates for devices could cause it. Best to check Network Activity and see what might be going on at the time
  12. Would be better to go to the latest firmware available here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041 From your screenshot there, click Advanced and then you can send VLAN. Service is sometimes required for PPPoE, it's usually a name, you may not require it.
  13. As the console isn't directly connected to the router you would need to add the PC to the Geo-Filter and it should then detect for you to be able to filter
  14. Nord isn't a gaming VPN so it's unlikely to give you better routing to game servers to be honest and it's also unlikely that it won't increase your ping. You should pick the location for the VPN closest to the gaming server you want to play on.
  15. What is the name for the device under UPnP - it could be named differently to what you expect, is that name shown on the Device Manager? It's also possible that because it's connected through the switch that it'll show on the offline branch on the Device Manager. Disable Adblocker and see if that then works please.
  16. Yes I do usually advise it, especially if there has been a lot of changes and I do think it helps but the devs say it is no longer a requirement.
  17. Great, thanks for the update!
  18. Thank you, I'll get the team to remove that from the whitelist.
  19. Set the speeds manually, the test it uses, depending on your location to it etc may give you lower results. See what you get using speedtest.net
  20. Doesn't say much, just that it has timed out so that could be for any of the reasons I mentioned previously. We are aware of it so we'll improve it. I don't have any ETAs on specific fixes, we'll do what we can to boost the speed.
  21. Okay so it sounds like you may need PPPoE or VLAN potentially for a connection when directly connected to the modem. Check your ISP router internet settings and that should tell you more. It could also be that your ISP requires their router to be used.
  22. Glad you were able to get it sorted, thanks for the update!
  23. You'd have to find a gaming VPN that provides OpenVPN configuration files for you to use with the router, you'll just need to research
  24. There will be a bandwidth hit for using it on the router, that's why it's beneficial to use the Hybrid aspect. If you use Only VPN these services and add Call of Duty to it then that should achieve what you want. Allowing Twitch etc to go through your normal connection.
  25. Thanks for the report, I think we did do a DPI update so could you resync the cloud on SmartBOOST and see if that is still the case? If so then I'll pass it on to be corrected.
