  1. I think it's highlighting it so you can copy it easier and then paste it somewhere to send as working with files may be harder on mobile. So if you do that and paste it here we can have a look
  2. Good to hear, do keep us updated if it happens again
  3. All your settings are fine
  4. If it's working in DHCP then the TP is handling PPPoE even when in bridge so you don't need the R3 to handle it
  5. From the log it seems as though the user/password isn't correct. Some providers give you a different user/pass than the one you sign into the site with
  6. Alex did make all the servers available on heatmap from what he said, resync the cloud and see if they appear. In regards to the Geo-Filter it just shows connections that are available to be made so if it's not showing it may not be available at that time
  7. It's opening ports for a device the router doesn't think exists. Might be better to port forward the ports manually to the device.
  8. It could definitely be the above, let us know if that helps at all. I wouldn't have thought so as it is your connection to the server that matters more.
  9. Try forcing servers slightly further away, even if they have a slightly higher ping, do you get the same experience?
  10. Matching the tick rate is definitely beneficial, it's better to be in sync than without it. Play with it both enabled/disabled and see which works best fpr ypi
  11. You can find them in Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced
  12. As DPI improves the Apex issue you mentioned will happen less and less. Guest WiFi is on the list to resolve. Ping Assist is still available in Settings on the Geo-Filter. Import/Export has been requested as well. I don't think we'll be allowing for a custom dashboard again to be honest. Table view for Device Manager has been requested as well. Thanks for the feedback!
  13. That would be the only way to do it yes, could definitely work!
  14. It won't necessarily be the firmware, there are other variables outside of the router, what ping is the Geo-Filter/in game showing?
  15. That makes sense, the PC is passing traffic over the network as well as playing a game using the internet so that's a lot of traffic for one device. Make sure just the game is prioritized and it should be better.
  16. It's hard to say without the graph showing properly but it is only adding a 5ms delay so that's the maximum it's seeing that it is fluctuating and your ping is low anyway so you probably could disable it and not notice the fluctuations much. It will change what it suggests depending on the time of day etc so may not always provide the best value for a whole day if you see what I mean.
  17. This is everything that could help really: Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
  18. Okay keeps us updated. You should be able to yes but uninstall the app then re-install it and see if it works then please
  19. Everything looks fine, although it seems UPnP is opening ports for a device that has been deleted/no longer connected to the router so disable UPnP, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes, enable then reboot, and try again
  20. Is that a modem/router or a pure modem? Can you set a static WAN IP on the modem for the R3 for example?
  21. I don't see how the problem you described in game then is a network issue then as it's not reflected in the ping at all, what platform are you playing on?
  22. More luck but everytime you know you're playing on a server you add it to your allow list and keep doing that until you've got a good number then put your location in the ocean. In theory it should then only get you a game from the servers you've allowed.
  23. Could you clarify what you mean by login sites not working? To access the interface go to http://192.168.1.1 or http://routerlogin.net in your web browser
  24. Thanks for the kind words! I'd suggest upgrading manually personally and if you have any issues that you don't have now you can always downgrade
  25. Could you provide more context on where/when you're getting this error? If it occurred after changing anything for example?
