  1. What OpenVPN version do they support? It may be incompatible with our version of the client
  2. You can set MTU already in Settings > WAN > Advanced Will add frames to the list
  3. We don't give out any ETAs. I should think so, I believe it's all working in the backend
  4. Ignore Ping Optimizer, just have it set to 70%. See if you have a better experience now
  5. You need to add the word client to the top of the file
  6. As I mentioned before by trying a percentage, looking at the test, trying, testing etc. PingPlotter themselves say it's not a cause for concern https://www.pingman.com/kb/article/initial-hops-100-packet-loss-6.html
  7. While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
  8. Exactly the same
  9. https://forum.netduma.com/forum/106-latest-firmwares/ We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.
  10. You're likely putting the incorrect IP in as it will definitely take it - it's not the 192.168.77.1 address, it's the one listed on the WAN Settings page. Congestion Control isn't doing anything as its set to 100, try 70% for download/upload.
  11. You shouldn't send the login details, just the config is fine. I can't get it to work at all adjusting the config, what device did they list the config under or is it just generic?
  12. Make sure the console is using port 3074 in network settings, reboot it and it should work better then
  13. As long as the bottom graph doesn't have packet loss you're good, you should be able to get the bottom graph smoother
  14. It's the same one you've seen about, it's not an update released this week.
  15. Do exactly the above and you should be sorted
  16. Can be found here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/106-latest-firmwares/ You can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting, once complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset
  17. Click WAN Setup and skip, get to the main interface, double check the settings are entered correctly then reboot the router, close the tab, wait 4 minutes then check if you have internet
  18. Probably this week if I had to guess. It's important to note, fixes probably won't all come in the same firmware
  19. We'll get that added. As it's based on DPI, if the router thinks RL traffic looks like something it will then prioritize on that basis so either a misclassification by us or it shares some similar patterns but we'll get that resolved. You can always get around it by prioritizing the device instead.
  20. What firmware are you on currently? We're aware sometimes it's failing to ping, we'll be improving on that in an update
  21. If it's server based you can't control who joins the servers, if it's P2P then yes you can restrict the players
  22. Could you provide the config you're using please?
  23. What device are you playing on? If we have classified the game then yes, it's impossible for it to know the game being played otherwise
