  1. Glad to hear it's sorted, thanks for the update
  2. Should be pretty quick really, no longer than 5 minutes really, the router won't be connectable the whole time it goes through the process. Did it upgrade successfully?
  3. You're welcome. That would be interesting to know, do keep us posted once you can try it.
  4. Ah weird haha! Great to hear though. Doesn't happen too often, would be best to update to the latest https://forum.netduma.com/topic/50710-new-r2-firmware-33280/
  5. If it's connected its fine but how have you added the devices specifically as that's important for how the VPN treats it, if not setup correctly the VPN may not apply to them.
  6. Do you have another console connected to the router? It could be another device using the port which is why it can't be selected
  7. From the screenshot you provided there is a section called DHCP Reservation under LAN Settings. Not sure if it will list devices or not so you can see the IP but if not, copy the WAN IP from Settings > WAN on the R3 and then enter it there.
  8. What firmware version are you on currently? Do this: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then - keep this in mind when you play. Also: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works any better.
  9. It could be Adblocker, disable that, do websites load correctly then? You probably don't need it if you have internet now. We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.
  10. The above should help with the Geo-Filter. In terms of the disconnects, if you give the R3 a DHCP reservation on the other router, then reboot the R3 does that prevent the issue happening again?
  11. If you notice it again please get the ID and we can correct it and should help with preventing you connecting to it again
  12. How have you added the ports for the game exactly? It should definitely be working that way. You could also add the PC with the Games Console service which would be easier and will definitely prioritize
  13. Yes it is almost certainly the issue I mentioned, did you reserve IPs for all your devices connected
  14. We'll be bringing out more improvements so that should help with what you're experiencing
  15. In private matches your opponents are pre-determined so you cannot use the Geo-Filter at all. You could try throttling Congestion Control severely
  16. Thank you for that, I'm not a dev but to me it looks like setting a static/reserved IP is DHCP to renew the lease constantly, I'll pass it onto the team to have a look.
  17. How have you added devices to the right side of HybridVPN?
  18. Great to hear that, yes lots of fixes will be coming
  19. Click advanced WAN Settings and then skip, that will allow you to complete the wizard and get to the interface. Do you know if you require PPPoE/VLAN, anything like that for a connection? If you're not sure check the settings on the old router.
  20. Yes but do the ISP require their router to be used? If you connect that router to the ONT, connect the R2 to the other router and switch to DHCP do you get a connection?
  21. You can't go below 50% for Congestion Control, it's also a very low percentage, shouldn't need to be that low. What happens when you try to change it from 100%?
  22. So you've tried, 95, 85, 75, 65, 55 and combinations in between?
  23. Almost certain it will work if you do the above but fair enough!
  24. If you could grab the logs from the router after you've made the issue happen that should tell us more
  25. Now you've set it there, if you reboot from the interface does it work? Do you require a custom MTU to be set? Do you know whether your ISP requires you to use their modem/router?
