  1. Just to double check, servers on the Geo-Filter will only appear when you're searching for a game/when you're in a game, you won't see them like heatmap. Are you experiencing that or not seeing them at all even when in a game?
  2. Are you basing this on the Dashboard or SmartBOOST/Geo-Filter pages specifically?
  3. Scenario 1 makes sense, no way around that with Geo-Latency off. Scenario 2, getting games outside the radius can happen, it's not necessarily a bug, basically even though the game knows it'll be a bad connection outside the radius it is choosing to put you on those servers anyway. We're working on tweaking the parameters to make that happen less. Make sure you are on the .41 firmware though as it will have improved over previous versions, if you haven't done so already do a factory reset on that version.
  4. Thanks for letting us know, no ETA but should be too long a wait
  5. We were unable to access, has everything been done, modem in modem/bridge mode or with R3 in its DMZ, remote support enabled on R3? If you have DMZ/port forwarding enabled on the R3 disable that
  6. Great thanks, passed it on to get that enabled
  7. That could be contributing
  8. I mentioned two things: Do the test you have already done while directly connected to the modem Check if you get an Open NAT directly connected to the modem
  9. How have you set the ISP modem though to allow you an Open NAT? You will need to do modem/bridge mode or put the R3 in its DMZ
  10. Potentially, it really depends where the servers are in relation to each other
  11. Is the ID for it the one in your screenshot?
  12. It cannot go below 50% currently, I will see if the team can change it for one of the next versions
  13. We're not giving out any ETAs, I made that mistake a few weeks ago. Rest assured new firmware is being worked on and won't be long until there is another with further improvements
  14. Reboot the router then attempt the upgrade and it should work
  15. I won't be giving any ETA on firmware but we're working on it. Not currently no, it's on the list so may be added in future
  16. If they are being used then you would connect to a relay server and then through that you would be connected to the game server. One potential reason to do this would be to protect the IP address of the game server from people who may launch a DDoS attack on it for example.
  17. Probably in the next firmware!
  18. Does the ping in game show the same/similar to the ping shown on the Geo-Filter for the server in the UK?
  19. If you don't get the issue with the XR1000 disconnected then it may not be an R3 issue
  20. What game is it you're playing exactly? Do you see it on every game?
  21. Do it directly from the modem, the IP on the modem in the picture doesn't match the ones from the command prompt. I could be wrong but they could also implement it at any time. Also see whether you get an Open NAT directly connected to the modem.
  22. Thanks for the offer! You can find that here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/149-netduma-r3-v4023/
  23. There is a free WiFi Analyzer on the Microsoft Store for Windows called WiFi Analyzer, this page will give you information on how to determine the results: https://matthafner.com/wifi-analyzer/help/graphs
  24. That looks like a CG-NAT to me, you see the 3rd hop, it's going to a completely different IP address before it goes to your public IP address. The only way to resolve it is to change to an ISP that doesn't use it or get a static public IP from your current provider but they may charge for it
  25. PM me your public IP address and I'll get the team to enable it tomorrow
