What do you mean you change them and you get the same results? What testing are you doing?

r3 ps5 Netduma r3 and ps5 and efootball23
Netduma Fraser replied to Ahmedpes's topic in Netduma R3 Support
That's pretty interesting but no the router doesn't provide the information. I'm not surprised it plays worse with TCP given how fast paced the game can play. If that's working for you to avoid the bad games that's great, I think it's probably too niche for us to implement though. Do try experimenting with the percentages as well. -
Smartboost failing to recognize gaming priority
Netduma Fraser replied to jmoorect1979's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Ah that's really great to hear, thanks for the update! -
If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R2 (found in System Information) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. You should get an Open NAT then.

Netduma R3 YouTube slows and NAT Moderate on MW3
Netduma Fraser replied to Podawski's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Possibly yes but you'd need to do the DMZ method I mentioned above -
I don't know what number it'll be until they've compiled fixes into a build but it won't 23, as above it'll be a higher number .29 for example. There is no need to re-upgrade to the same firmware .23

5 second ‘disconnect’ after 10pm?
Netduma Fraser replied to banjo22's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
It's a Netgear issue and we have let them know many times about this so I am not hopeful it'll be done soon to be honest -
Nothing yet, no need to make topics, once it's available and has been tested I'll start giving it out

I don't have anything yet

r3 ps5 Netduma r3 and ps5 and efootball23
Netduma Fraser replied to Ahmedpes's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Where did you find that was the case? For that kind of game TCP should absolutely not be used, I'd find it very hard to believe they were using it but no you can't find out what your next match is. Try other percentages for Congestion Control, 70% is the recommended starting point but may not be the best for everyone. -
SteadyPing doesn't ping the server, that stabilizes the connection, it's just the normal ping function that pings, it's something we'll be improving, I believe we know a reason why it happens

Switch their port to another then use 3074 for yours, then reboot and check whether the features then work better for you -
Worse Bufferbloat and various issues with R3
Netduma Fraser replied to canuckftc12W's topic in Netduma R3 Support
As this is your first post I'd suggest making a topic with your issues and we can help you there -
NetDuma R2 Geofence, but only for a few devices...
Netduma Fraser replied to antithesis's topic in Netduma R2 Support
I believe it's already selectable on the R3 -
Experiencing the same issue I have on the R2, with the R3.
Netduma Fraser replied to Saberous's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Thanks for letting us know your experience, as you've returned it I can't really troubleshoot it with you but perhaps after updates you'll consider us again -
Updates are coming, I don't know what order fixes/improvements are coming at the moment, depends on the difficulty of the issue/solution

You can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/106-latest-firmwares/ Not sure what you mean, .23 was made before the holidays, it wasn't pushed to routers, that close to the holidays it would have been a risk to do so. That's why I manually gave it out and monitored, it hasn't seemed to cause any issues. New firmware is still on the way. New firmware is on the way, I don't know if all fixes will be in it or they'll be doing multiple over the coming days/weeks

XR500 Optimal QoS For Valorant
Netduma Fraser replied to jax's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
If you try the ports again, leave the source as the default and just change the destination. If you're wired use normal, wifi use gaming/voice. You're welcome!
