  1. Okay thank you, I'll pass it onto the team
  2. Just because we had a version doesn't mean it is acceptable to release to people. It's common that you make fixes/improvements > send it to be built > receive build > test > fix issues that are found, rinse repeat
  3. Okay I'll pass this onto the team to see if we can reproduce it, thanks for the report
  4. Go to Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced and you can click download. As soon as possible after the issue happens before you do a reboot, if you do a reboot the information will be lost. If you do it quickly once the issue happens then you can let us know the time and we can try to match it in the logs.
  5. Hi all, thank you for all the feedback so far, it's really helpful, the team are working hard on fixes for the next update. I'm going to close this topic as it is really hard for me to effectively support so many different people in one topic. If you have any issues or questions please do make a new topic and I'll be able to support you there much better.
  6. What is it showing you when you can't get in exactly?
  7. Okay thanks and what kind of internet traffic is happening when you see it, general browsing, uploading, streaming video, downloading etc?
  8. Did you run Ping Optimizer either during the wizard or after though as this would have set Congestion Control for you and would then potentially explain why as it does limit bandwidth speeds to eliminate lag/bufferbloat
  9. Let us know how you get on!
  10. When this happens do you see anything blocked on the Geo-Filter map at all? Do you mean that you're losing connection in the menu or when you're in a game?
  11. In regards to the high CPU usage are you still seeing that? If so, how many devices do you have connected to the router and how are they connected? How many are online at any one time and what kind of internet usage is happening?
  12. We're waiting on a build from NG I don't know that it will be fixed by NG to be honest, there have been a couple of things we've chased them on for a long while
  13. We're waiting on a build from NG at the moment so once we have it and have checked it we can provide it
  14. Yes port forwarding now on the R3 should allow you to have an open NAT without it being a security risk. Yes the features will work, just make sure to connect all your devices to the R3 so it can control the network effectively
  15. You'd need to add them eeverytime, there is no way for us to know who your friend is
  16. What are your Congestion Control/SmartBOOST settings?
  17. Glad to hear it's working now. No the router has a built in firewall so you're still protected
  18. I will pass that on thank you, if it happens again please do get a log if possible
  19. Ah that's great to hear, well done on getting it sorted and thanks for posting the solution, it may help someone in future!
  20. Have you disabled QoS by any chance?
  21. Try this: Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
  22. Forget the WiFi network on the phone and reconnect - the option you disabled definitely isn't required for a connection
  23. If the logs were provided before the issue happened it wouldn't have anything helpful, the issue would need to be recreated and then the logs obtained
  24. I don't think it is a problem on your side, you mentioned it happens direct to your modem as well with no other devices being used so its not an XR issue. Your ping from direct to the modem is low and very stable so really everything on your side is good so the only other option is your routing to the game servers or the game servers themselves. The latter of which I expect will get better after a week or so, basically when a lot of people get bored of the new update. The routing would be something you'd need to contact the ISP about but it would be hard to prove and I doubt they'd do anything.
  25. Interesting, shouldn't have affected it at all then I wouldn't have thought. Give the devices static/reserved IPs and it may prevent it happening in future.
