  1. Check the Asus internet settings and try to mirror those on the R3 to see if you can get a connection that way.
  2. As above, it's usually always pinned to the top of the R3 Support forum
  3. Are ALL devices connected to the R3? How are you checking NAT, on the console network settings or in game? How do you have Congestion Control set? Disable Steady Ping, that is the likely cause of the higher ping (it does do this by design), is it lower then?
  4. It would be better in some instances but isn't required for proper functionality
  5. Thanks for that, it's a tricky one, the in game ping seems to be showing the last ping response you got from the trace, they match up pretty well. However, you said the gameplay was terrible, was it laggy, did it feel more like 170ms?
  6. You said you have 4 but only 3 are experiencing the issue, is there anything in common that the 3 share or anything different about the 1 that works?
  7. Use the simple mode instead of polygon, does that work better then?
  8. It's not something you could try as would require specific credentials/values, if you don't know then it's likely you don't need it. Are you able to reboot the box on the wall? If so reboot it, wait 2 minutes, reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes then see if you get internet through it
  9. Don't use the built in speed test, use speedtest.net, do you see the same reduced speeds?
  10. Could you connect the Asus to your modem then connect the R3 to the Asus, do you get the same problem then?
  11. Are you testing on the router speed test or speedtest.net? Is speed test bypass enabled? What kind of network traffic is there over those days? The more information the better as we can more closely try to reproduce it then.
  12. We're looking into all issues and working to get them resolved as quickly as possible but we're not going to rush out firmware that could potentially bring more issues
  13. Thank you, I'll pass it on to be removed
  14. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely including from the System Tray Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) - change the icon Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  15. Do you know if your require PPPoE/VLAN in order to get a connection?
  16. Are you saying if you manually resync the cloud that you can reproduce this issue? That's likely to be something else, are you using PPPoE?
  17. Okay thank you, I'll pass it onto the team to have a look at what is happening
  18. On that mobile interface if you go to Network Activity and the settings there you should be able to show router traffic, if you have that does it then show the usage you're missing?
  19. Could you copy/paste the ID of the 119ms server here please? Hard to make out fully in the photo. Also resync the Geo-Filter cloud just in case we have already removed it.
  20. No worries, you're very welcome!
  21. We're not giving out any ETAs but we're working on it, we're not going to rush anything out if it's not ready
  22. Are you seeing the same 119 ping in game when this server appears or is it the ping of the server within your radius?
  23. Did you enter your expected speeds in bandwidth settings? Are ALL devices connected to the XR or are some connected to your ISP modem/router?
  24. That all looks fine, when it happens could you get the log please?
