There is a guide here but there isn't much else you need to know to do it https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000087492--dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-hybrid-vpn You need to get the configuration files from HMA - you'll need to contact them to find it. You copy the contents of the file for the server you want (once they have provided them to you) in the config box, enter your login credentials in the relevant places and then connect.

Use this guide while saturating your connection with downloads https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control (set to Always), say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values. Also what is the amount of packet loss?

  18. You'll need to use the manual method at the moment so get the configuration files from HMA and then use it with the Advanced Setup and it'll work
  19. The fix for this will be in the next firmware so all taken care of, shouldn't be too much longer
  20. Are you having any issues? The logs show background processes that can appear like issues but are normal. A lot of the entries are within the same second which is why it looks bad
  21. You don't need to allow/deny manually unless for example it was a really bad game experience so you don't get put on it again as the radius will block anything outside it. Where is your location/radius set?
  22. I believe it's because the max speed with QoS is limited and you wouldn't reach the full speeds on that plan
  23. Ahh I see thank you. I've never heard of the app so that is likely why as we won't have tested it. I'll pass it onto the team.
  24. The only other thing in the log is about DHCP so could you try giving the PC a static/reserved IP and see if that helps please
