  1. It can help to combat lag compensation. Only a factory reset via the interface or via the button in the back of the router.
  2. It shouldn't change anything doing that no - have you added any Miami servers to your deny list?
  3. Give it a go and let us know!
  4. If you try to force other servers, even if they're a slightly higher ping do you get a better experience?
  5. Gotcha, thanks for the report, I'll let the team know!
  6. You might be able to find them online but it's not something we can specifically help with
  7. It's hard to diagnose an issue that doesn't affect any of the network stats. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  8. As you're essentially connected via a VPN that is why you can't see the server because the router doesn't see the server
  9. It doesn't make any sense really, I've given you Early Access so you can check whether you get the same behavior on that firmware https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  10. I've given you access, should work now
  11. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use simple instead of custom/polygon Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then to prevent servers outside your radius connecting.
  12. You do not need to add the ports, with it in the DMZ you will have an open NAT. Likely because you've added both you're getting a conflict. Just use one or the other and then reboot
  13. Everyone that has asked so far in this topic has been added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  14. Thanks for letting us know!
  15. What is your ping on the Geo-Filter and in game?
  16. He said it's because they round the co-ordinates, it doesn't do decimals - as long as you're covering where they are you can connect them. If you deactivate the Geo-Filter any settings on that page will also be disabled so the game will decide entirely
  17. Have you accessed the R3 and completed the Setup Wizard? You will need to do that before you're able to get internet.
  18. I'll respond in your topic
  19. Strict Mode on the Geo-Filter doesn't relate to NAT type. There is no setting specifically to make yourself have a strict NAT. Perhaps if you turned off UPnP and don't use port forwarding/DMZ but as you're using the VPN it may not make a difference anyway
  20. We're not a hardware company and don't have the resources of some of the bigger companies out there - we might do it in future but it would be a significant risk in terms of allocating resources
  21. It sounds like the cable you're using when you move it that might be the cause, otherwise the reboot cycle of both routers I mentioned previously should work
  22. Yes you can do that - even if it is in AP mode
  23. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
