  1. Okay the Xbox in the DMZ will be why we can't connect. If you remove that we can try again tomorrow. Maybe, it has been a theory I've seen around that IPv6 on is causing some issues.
  2. It's not guaranteed of course, as that is unrealistic, I suspect they're providing a conservative estimate. FAQ on DHL site:
  3. Sounds like we have probably whitelisted the server, if you provide the ID for it/them we can take a look and get them removed
  4. Understood, if you're no longer able to get an Open NAT direct to the modem then I'd first contact your provider and they may be able to help, if they say it's not possible then the static IP is what you would need to do.
  5. Glad to hear they're getting it sorted for you, I'm pretty certain we use the fastest method of shipping with them, it's usually 1-2 working days globally which is pretty good! Occasionally it doesn't always work out that way but that's down to the courier unfortunately.
  6. I think it's actually the Netgear Nighthawk WiFi router app that you would be needing. Alternatively you can setup using a web browser on your PC
  7. The filtering has been disabled - it says filter off on the right, you'll need to enable it
  8. Just so you know, the purpose of the router isn't to force far away servers, it's to get you close servers that ensure a low ping so doing what you're trying to do is not a guarantee. You can see the terms here: https://netduma.com/terms
  9. You need to enable Filtering Mode otherwise it isn't doing anything. If you're wanting to force servers then you need to put Ping Assist to 0. Otherwise that's correct
  10. Just to clarify, did you say you have never had an Open NAT on your connection? Yes if it is a CG-NAT requesting a static IPv4 public IP address would allow you to get an Open NAT?
  11. I'll chase him, I'm asking about a few games this week so hopefully he'll have time to test them
  12. I don't have any new information currently, it is/will support the XR1000
  13. Could you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing when it happens please? Do you notice any patterns of when it stops working?
  14. Okay thank you, I'll pass it onto the team to look at
  15. I'm sure I've mentioned the steps to you previously about how to prevent that right? Are you changing Geo-Filter settings/radius size etc while on the game?
  16. Okay so just the dashboard, that's okay, it's just not reporting it correctly but it is working. We'll be addressing that.
  17. It would allow any servers within the radius, the game will pick whichever one it wants to if there are multiple covered
  18. Use Ping Optimizer to locate the servers you want to connect to then set your home location/radius size to cover those locations on the Geo-Filter and search for a game
  19. Remove the DMZ on the modem then check if you get an Open NAT directly connected to it - you should do just with UPnP enabled by default
  20. Just to double check, servers on the Geo-Filter will only appear when you're searching for a game/when you're in a game, you won't see them like heatmap. Are you experiencing that or not seeing them at all even when in a game?
  21. Are you basing this on the Dashboard or SmartBOOST/Geo-Filter pages specifically?
  22. Scenario 1 makes sense, no way around that with Geo-Latency off. Scenario 2, getting games outside the radius can happen, it's not necessarily a bug, basically even though the game knows it'll be a bad connection outside the radius it is choosing to put you on those servers anyway. We're working on tweaking the parameters to make that happen less. Make sure you are on the .41 firmware though as it will have improved over previous versions, if you haven't done so already do a factory reset on that version.
  23. Thanks for letting us know, no ETA but should be too long a wait
  24. We were unable to access, has everything been done, modem in modem/bridge mode or with R3 in its DMZ, remote support enabled on R3? If you have DMZ/port forwarding enabled on the R3 disable that
  25. Great thanks, passed it on to get that enabled
