What is the firmware file you tried to upgrade to exactly? Good advice above also.

Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.

Try Early Access, the version there is .170 so a massive leap up from what you're on

Yes it should be a lot better I would have thought!

Just to clarify, would they be building a line in for you or using existing infrastructure? If the former then yes definitely better. If the latter, potentially but likely to still suffer some of the general pitfalls of sharing lines with others.

Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.

Great to hear you got this sorted! Was there anything unclear in the box/instructions that we can make clearer that you need to access to get internet? Perhaps we presume that because it's not a standard router and that you need to access it and change settings that you'll access it anyway and complete the wizard and will therefore get internet?

YT cannot be effectively blocked currently You should be able to achieve this with the existing Internet Rules options

What is the issue you're having specifically in this instance? Is this on the Early Access firmware?

No not currently but it has been suggested and is on our to do list

By disabled SmartBOOST what do you mean exactly as that would prevent you changing the Congestion Control sliders. Try the method I mentioned above.
