It would be shown in the offline tab. Change Congestion Control to Always and see if it is better then please

From the R1 all the way up until now we've always provided the router and just said have a play with it and be honest about how you find it.

Geofence - Anyone worked out how to stop it bugging?

That's great if Geo-Latency is providing more consistency for you, it is possible sometimes to get a game outside your radius when it is on - when that happens it's the game knowing its putting you on a bad game and does it anyway. Do try the restarting after changing settings with Geo-Latency on and see if that works better. Do keep us posted! -

Could you check CPU usage from after a reboot, take a screenshot, check again and take another screenshot when you notice it go a bit lower, rinse repeat until it gets down to the slowest it usually gets. We may be able to see a pattern. Also do you leave the interface open for long periods of time? If so try not to do that and if you're looking at it when gaming use the mobile app or mobile web browser instead and see if that delays the problem please. -

Difficult to tell with so many icons around but it looks exactly like it should when it's working. As a test could you try downgrading the firmware and see if you get the same issue? -
Best to continue your existing topic in most cases but did you do what I mentioned for Network Activity to see if it was showing up under router traffic?
-
What about Congestion Control? It will likely appear as an offline device with devices connected to it appearing individually also showing wired and potentially offline
-
I think that is most likely due to the standby/sleep mode it went into that the router wasn't able to determine properly that is was online but that is a good thing for us to look into, thanks for the report.

Yes, we're making an update to our DPI tool so he is waiting for access to that before he can do it but shouldn't be long

Try these suggestions: Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _ -

Is there a specific server you see being blocked each time this happens? If so it might be an authentication server we haven't found that needs to be allowed -
Duma OS wouldn't open, reboot R3 to fix problems.

Okay good to hear, let us know if it happens again and we can enable it. I'll let the team know -
For the most part it will be disabled in bridge mode so you don't need to disable it specifically
-
Yes it is, we haven't put out a fix yet, I suspect it will be included in the next version

How do you have Congestion Control/SmartBOOST/Geo-Filter setup?

Could you make your own topic please? Think I'm replying to you in two different topics

Could you provide the logs when you get the disconnects please? You mentioned it's when in a game, are you just getting kicked or are devices losing internet? -
Did you do the WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that then?
-
The point of it is to raise the ping to absorb any fluctuations/jitter/spikes in the connection, if you don't have that then it might be why that's happening so you're better off with it disabled
-
The DMZ is usually in Security/LAN/WAN settings, see if you can find it there, it may also be called exposed host

Do you have the Xbox out of the DMZ now? -
You put the WAN IP of the R3 which you can find on the R3 Settings > WAN page. You don't put the 192.168.77.1 IP in.
-
Very interesting, thanks for letting us know, I will pass it on! For not being able to access, the team are asking: While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter, does the 192.168.77.1 IP show for the gateway? Are devices receiving the normal 192.168.77.x IP addresses? What lights are lit up on the router? Is it always only a reboot that fixes the issue?
