You could factory reset but no you can't backup. Easiest thing to do is go on all the pages and look for what is pinned (the pin is solid white instead of uncolored) and unpin them from their actual pages

Fingers crossed that's the issue, keep us posted! -
Great to hear that, thanks for the update!

I'm not sure if we've tested any VR titles at all actually so I'll add them to the list! -

What web browser/device are you using to access? -

Are you using Armor? Are you accessing using HTTPS or HTTP? Clear your browser cache/cookies and then load each page, it should be faster after that In LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects. -
We don't generally have support for games during beta as it's always subject to change but we will likely test it
-
Yes that's still the case on Early Access. In theory it should dynamically assign bandwidth based on need - if you set Congestion Control as well you should be good.

You didn't have access, try now

Good to hear, thanks for the update!

So in Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced there is port scan and syn flood protection options - reason I say to disable them is they drop packets (for protection purposes) so it might be detecting it as something it needs to drop which may explain why it works sometimes but not all the time -
Okay keep us posted! Also try Early Access

We'll make those features more reliable but for CoD does that mean you're seeing games outside your radius? If so, Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.

No Battlefield servers in Ping Heatmap!
Netduma Fraser replied to Deponeo's topic in Netduma R3 Support
That's the way you do it - you could manually block every single German server you connect to but that would be the very long unnecessary method -

How does it work exactly, does the mod manager auto update the mods without you initiating the download? Disable Adblocker and check if that works. If not disable the protection options in troubleshooting and see if that works please. -
I'm looking into this and will get back to you
-
I don't think it has been fixed - it's quite a niche issue in terms of our customer base and you may have seen some of the other issues that people are facing which we need to get sorted first ideally so it's unlikely to be resolved in the next version. I can provide you with an Early Access version of the next version on the off chance it's fixed.

The above is a likely reason but if that doesn't help disable the router Adblocker and see if that works please.

We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced. Have you specifically added your gaming device to the Geo-Filter? What is the issue you're having with it exactly?
