  1. While connected via ethernet, disable WiFi radios entirely from the Advanced WiFi settings, reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes, access, enable WiFi radios, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then see if they appear and if it's more stable from then on.
  2. While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
  3. How have you setup QoS/Congestion Control as that could impact your speeds. I know the PC offline was expected when connected in that kind of way, I believe we did push a fix though, what modem/firmware version are you on?
  4. Thank you for that, I will pass it onto the team, if you close the app then re-open it does it appear then?
  5. If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R3 and enable remote support in Settings > Troubleshooting. Then post back here from a device connected to the R3 when you've done that and we'll attempt to connect to enable remote logging I think, that may help us catch why it is rebooting itself.
  6. I'll respond to you via email
  7. Thank you for this information, I have passed it onto the team to take a look at. In the meantime, in DHCP Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  8. Thank you for the information, I will pass it onto the team. If you don't have access just reboot to get access again, there isn't much we can get from that state
  9. Why did you have to factory reset 3 times? Have you disabled DHCP at all or set static/reserved IPs on the devices themselves?
  10. If the radius is covering the world then you'll be able to connect to all games so it'll connect you wherever. It does appear though as above that the server there is mislocated so resyncing the cloud as suggested may resolve that for you so you can reduce the radius again.
  11. No worries, most likely the above due to the Season 2 update, if you try again at different (non peak times) do you see the same issue still?
  12. I'm not sure how the Xbox is reading those speeds as the router ports are limited to 1Gbps! If you reboot the router do you get access again?
  13. Looks like you have a server outside the radius, is filtering mode enabled or did you change settings/enable filtering when you were already on the game?
  14. Both routers share the same cloud, so when changed it will apply to both. I know we've done a few cloud updates recently, if you resync the cloud do they appear correctly?
  15. There is no one setting for hit detection, the router can't directly impact an in game 'feeling', it can only go off stats like ping. What is the average ping you're seeing on the Geo-Filter/in game? What are your Congestion Control/Geo-Filter settings?
  16. It's always pinned to the top of the R2 support forum you're posting in now: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/50710-new-r2-firmware-33280/ or located here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/106-latest-firmwares/
  17. If you have an Open NAT it isn't required, it's only for NAT purposes really
  18. I appreciate it is frustrating but new firmware is being worked on, I don't think we're prioritizing huge updates over frequency but it does take a little bit of time
  19. No it's not locked to a location at all. We don't specifically sell the adapters but they are pretty common so you should be able to find a similar one at a tech store for cheap
  20. Glad to hear it's on the way, sorry to hear it's taken longer than expected!
  21. We're doing the best but when we're waiting for a build there isn't much we can do
  22. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 4 minutes then attempt access and see if that works please
  23. Without CC and SmartBOOST I would expect some lag, would be better to have them enabled other any device can cause issues. Where are you seeing disconnects, in game, other devices etc?
  24. I'll check in with the team and get back to you, I don't recall seeing it on the change log
  25. Great to hear, thanks for the update!
