What does it say when you try to connect? Are you using the default WiFi password or did you change it? How are you rebooting it?

Are you able to access via a PC or is it just the app?

Do you get the same issue with the filter disabled?

What do you mean exactly? That your devices can't connect to the WiFi They connect to the WiFi but don't have internet You can't access the interface through WiFi

If you have the V2 it'll say V2 on the top right of the interface where it says the firmware version, as well as on the System Information page. The V2 also only has 1 firmware - 1.1.0.16 so if you're not on that you're not on the V2.

We don't allow it to work immediately like that for the very reason you've mentioned - we don't want to allow people to use it to end games etc. Once you've finished the game and the connection has been severed after around 2 minutes it will be blocked.

We did do an update on the app recently so that'll be why, thanks for confirming!

It makes sense, when you're online/playing single player it's only communicating with servers to determine that you own the game, for any updates etc but when you actually play online that's where you need a more constant back and forth so it's normal and not an issue. What is your ping as shown by the Geo-Filter and on the game?

If you right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload or just click refresh if you don't have the option does it show the host then?

I can't get it to save either actually so I'll need to report that to the team to look into. Are you able to have the Asus router handle the authentication with the R3 behind it in the meantime?

It has AX WiFi but other than that not really, I wouldn't say it's worth the upgrade at the moment as the XR range won't be receiving any new feature updates
