  1. Reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R3, wait 2 minutes and see if you get internet then. Otherwise, do you know if you require PPPoE/VLAN to get internet?

  3. This might be related to your NAT issue where your PC changed IP address, I think I said to give it a reserved IP, once you do that and delete any other devices from the Device Manager that appear as your PC so you just have the one with the reserved IP see if it then works better

  5. We can try that, if it's inaccessible though it's likely DumaOS isn't running properly and so may not be able to access. Also the point of doing it before the issue is so that we get more information as they're enhanced logs, I'm not sure if this would work backwards
  6. Set a reserved IP for it in Settings > DHCP and that'll prevent the PC doing that again

  8. At 0 Ping Assist would be off traditionally, so I wonder if it's making it behave weirdly, try it with 10-35, does it work better then? I know the servers are a bit worse at the moment due to season 2 so give it a try at a less populated time perhaps and see if it is more consistent.

Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely including from the System Tray Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  10. That may be how you feel and I appreciate that, you know that development is fluid and can take longer than expected. Not everyone feels that way though. I think there will be an update out this month, I'd be very surprised if there wasn't.

  12. Okay but not prior? Could you check the IP on the R3 and the IP in the DMZ on the ISP router? If this is happening once or twice a week if could be the ISP router renewing IPs and therefore giving the R3 a different IP
  13. If you give the devices reserved IP addresses on the router does that still happen? What speeds are you getting? If you try with different widths do you get any higher? What ping range were you using? Steady Ping won't necessarily work with every game/in every game, it's something we're working to expand but there will be a limit I'm not sure exactly what will be in the next update at present but I know the team are doubling down on the more pressing issues. Any logs/captures you can provide is always helpful thanks!

  16. This is while connected to the R2? If so you'll need to do a factory reset, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface and see if you can access
  17. Yes a complete firmware No our changes have already been done They should, I'm not sure if is always the case but they only test their side so we have to test anyway

I'm sorry I can't provide an ETA any more, whenever I have given an ETA we've always gone past that date and that was always an accurate estimate based on the information I had at the time so I feel it would just cause more annoyance. The team are aware of all the issues and doubling down on trying to fix the most pressing issues as soon as possible. I have faith in the team executing timely fixes to the problems and rest assured as soon as a firmware is available it will be provided.
  19. Well when you have Steady Ping enabled and it's showing a game as prioritized are you seeing the ping go above the stabilized ping?

  22. It's most likely an authentication server in that location - when you see it do you have another icon appear on the map within your radius?

  24. The R3 doesn't have a bridge mode, do you mean on your ISP router? Access its interface and it'll be there somewhere. I couldn't say specifically where it would be as it differs between routers
