  1. We have had a similar report so do let us know if disabling/re-enabling works or if disabling allows your speeds to stay constant throughout the day
  2. Looking into it a bit more I think it's the issue we're aware of where some devices can't connect locally to each other. I suspect if you connected it via ethernet and tried to access via WiFi it would work, if that is the case it's definitely the issue we're aware of, I think it'll be fixed in the next firmware.
  3. It would only boost when needed yes but I would expect it would have boosted longer than that. Are there any other games that are supported to see whether they show correctly?
  4. This is with Steady Ping disabled as well yes?
  5. Could you disable UPnP and port forward if necessary for the device and see if the disconnect still happens please?
  6. Do you notice this across all devices or just one? How is CC/SmartBOOST setup exactly? Where are you testing the speeds?
  7. Welcome to the forum! So when looking at current boosts when playing WoW, is anything coming up at all even if it is incorrect?
  8. Keep us posted! Disable those Geo options also
  9. Thank you, is it port 3 that the device is connected to? Could you provide the ID for that server please? Then we can get it allowed for everyone.
  10. Thanks for confirming, Alex does know so will hopefully get a cloud update next week to correct
  11. Okay and is the WiFi issue still happening, what about what I mentioned?
  12. 100% won't be doing anything, do 70% and see if it is any better, disable Geo-Latency and Steady Ping, then try again
  13. The log wouldn't solve the issue, if you provide it to us it will give us more information (hopefully) about why it may be happening
  14. Thanks for letting us know, the team are looking into it
  15. They are designed to be always on so that could be a contributing factor, you could disable the WiFi from the WiFi settings
  16. What happens exactly they can connect but don't have internet? Have you split the bands and connected them to 2.4 or 5GHz to see if that works?
  17. What are your Congestion Control/SmartBOOST/Geo-Filter settings? Is this the ping on the Geo or in game?
  18. It depends how you have it set, in some cases that could happen. Try this: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use the simple mode instead of custom mode for the radius/area Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  19. Do a factory reset when you have time as it'll be a significant change from previous versions then follow the same steps. It's possible that the IP of the router has changed so if you set it in the DMZ on your modem it may not apply until you update the IP there.
  20. Use 192.168.1.1 to access, does that work better?
  21. Correct yes. However, it's not necessarily a bug if you get a game outside your radius with Geo-Latency on, that can happen, it just means that despite the game knowing putting you on that server is going to give you a bad experience it does it anyway. So we're adjusting parameters to find the sweet spot where that happens very little. There is likely a NAT server being blocked by the Geo-Filter when that happens, have a look at the map when you do the test and allow the server that gets blocked.
  22. Understood, try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  23. When a new firmware arrives we will post it in the forum like the .41 firmware. You don't need to repeat the issues you're having, once reported the first time the team can take a look at it. Thanks for the theme report, haven't heard about that. Are you turning the router off and on each night?
  24. Give it a reboot and you should be able to access then, is the WiFi still working once you do that?
