  1. Just to clarify, would they be building a line in for you or using existing infrastructure? If the former then yes definitely better. If the latter, potentially but likely to still suffer some of the general pitfalls of sharing lines with others.
  2. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
  3. Great to hear you got this sorted! Was there anything unclear in the box/instructions that we can make clearer that you need to access to get internet? Perhaps we presume that because it's not a standard router and that you need to access it and change settings that you'll access it anyway and complete the wizard and will therefore get internet?
  4. YT cannot be effectively blocked currently You should be able to achieve this with the existing Internet Rules options
  5. Added - best not to PM me, I get tons of messages but always reply on the main forum
  6. What is the issue you're having specifically in this instance? Is this on the Early Access firmware?
  7. No not currently but it has been suggested and is on our to do list
  8. By disabled SmartBOOST what do you mean exactly as that would prevent you changing the Congestion Control sliders. Try the method I mentioned above.
  9. What do you actually see when you try to access them? If you reboot the router from the interface, close the tab, wait 4 minutes then access do they load correctly?
  10. When it is available we will let people know
  11. Well it ensures all devices are being controlled by the R3 so yes it would work better in that scenario
  12. I don't have exact specifics for you and they don't use one server provider exclusively, from what I have seen they have been known to use: AWS Vultr i3D
  13. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  14. I couldn't say, there are a lot of variables and it depends how determined the game is to send you to a server it wants you to connect to regardless of the connection quality
  15. The issue would still remain in that scenario, you're still not able to properly ping a server from a device via traditional methods. Here is a couple of MW3 server IPs, try pinging them via your PC in command prompt, they will all timeout: 109.200.199.155 173.244.206.46

  17. Utilizing Geo-Latency yes you should be able to which is the only way you'd be able to filter due to the way Fortnite matchmaking works. However, I can't guarantee it'll be fool proof as just due to the way Geo-Latency works it's possible to get servers outside your radius sometimes.
  18. Yes you can do that, just disable WiFi in WiFi settings on the R3. Then on the XR in Settings change the router mode to AP
  19. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
