  2. It'll require a firmware fix so not something you can resolve by yourself currently, it also depends when the team are able to look at the logs, we have a lot to go through. Remote access could be helpful thank you!

The test will always vary depending on the amount of traffic happening, if you're doing the test when barely anything is happening on the network you'll be optimizing QoS to work best when nothing is happening. Personally I'd suggest using this https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping while downloading/streaming etc. It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control (Always), say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values.
  5. The interface disconnects/refreshes? Reboot to get rid of that error then provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page/settings please. Preferably in a different format other than HEIC
  6. To force servers you need to put Ping Assist to 0, that might be a part of the problem. How do you have QoS setup?

  9. If you hold the reset button in the back of the router for 30 seconds, release, then wait about 4 minutes before accessing/unplugging it will be reset and when you go to access it'll take you to the setup wizard

You're restricting possible servers as it is with the Geo-Filter, then your forcing it to connect to the US so you have a high ping and you're further restricting it with crossplay off so it does make sense. I don't think you'll be able to do so with crossplay off unless you play during peak/busy times

  12. Is this on the .219 firmware? Is your app on the latest version?

  14. Unfortunately it is normal, France requires more paperwork to get it approved, we're working on it but its just taking awhile.
  15. Just to clarify, port 1 on the Orbi or port 1 on the XR? As it'd need to be the internet/WAN port on the XR - you will need to go through the XR Setup Wizard before you can get internet
  16. What is the average ping to a game in the USA for you? You may be hitting a ping limit
  17. What firmware version are you on currently? It can take up to 30 seconds to reconnect after being off (we're looking into this), if you want does it come back online? How are you connected exactly to the router?
  18. As long as the XR can be connected via ethernet to an existing modem/router it will work - I think there have been some people that use it this way in the past
  19. Oh I see, the servers on Heatmap won't necessarily be the exact same as the servers you'll see on the Geo-Filter so there will sometimes be a discrepancy but that's quite large, could you provide the ID for the server you're playing on? It's likely mislocated on the Geo rather than heatmap.
