  1. Probably something like 192.168.1.254 but it should tell you when you go to change the mode
  2. What is the specific model of it? You can check the label on the underside. You'll need to adjust the Geo-Filter/SmartBOOST/Congestion Control to get the benefits. Here is a video that may help:
  3. If it's not actively sending traffic at the time then it may switch to offline
  4. This is for the R3
  5. Okay do the reset and let us know how you get on
  6. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Where are you measuring the ping? Have you changed any settings or just plugged in and completed the wizard? The console speed tests are an estimate - I suspect if you do a download it will go at the speed you expect. Where are you testing the speeds and how?
  7. That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
  8. For the first device it's likely when that error appears that there will be something blocked on the map - add it to your allow list and then it should work. Were they both disabled in the same way? What firmware are both routers on?
  9. You're very welcome, any issues/questions let us know and we'll be happy to help.
  10. Should be okay but I'd suggest AP mode so all devices connected to it can be seen and interacted with on the R3
  11. It would still work yes but best to put the R3 WAN IP in the DMZ on the ISP modem/router and that will solve double NAT
  12. To double check: OpenVPN on your PC - that's not something we would help you with but you can do what you did and connect to Surfshark that way and it will apply to your PC (surely they have their own application though) HybridVPN on the router is where you would enter Surfshark details but it's not currently available on the 1000 With the VPN service config files on the router and the OpenVPN application that would connect you to your local network/router interface that's all - it wouldn't change your IP or where you appear Which option is it you were wanting to do?
  13. Can you not get open with just setting it to use the DMZ at all?
  14. Let us know how you get on, it's possible you'll still need to use DMZ/forwarding for the moment
  15. Did you try to reboot or factory reset while it was upgrading by any chance? Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface and see if it loads then please
  16. That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
  17. Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
  18. If you disable the Geo-Filter do you get the same error?
  19. While we've not specifically tested this device I suspect the Early Access firmware I've added you to will resolve this https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  20. Added you to Early Access, try that version instead https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  21. Are you able to load the System Information page correctly?
  22. Added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ Latest is .179 in Early Access
  23. Added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  24. I think you'll need to contact them directly then, I'm getting the same error
