  1. Exactly as above - looks like the screenshot you provided was for Internet Settings which you don't want to change. Could also be in LAN Settings.
  2. Yes it would cause Steady Ping to stop working if you disabled it
  3. It won't be long now for the update but in theory yes you could do that, however I don't think you will be able to get back to DumaOS if you change your mind.
  4. Just to clarify then, you're not using the Eti router and instead using a pure (no WiFi) modem with the R3 handling PPPoE and VLAN is that correct? If so then for NAT you'll need to port forward for the game on the R3 itself.
  5. Have you done a factory reset since updating? It's a big change in firmware so would definitely suggest doing so as it'll be a lot smoother after that.
  6. What percentages have you tried with your speeds set to the expected values? It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control, say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values.
  7. It will work on PC as well yes - easy way to tell if it is working is it'll show on the graph when you're gaming whether gaming is showing/being prioritized. If it isn't then consider adding the PC as a device instead to prioritize. Your ping is ridiculously stable and so in networking terms there should be no issues with lag if it continues to be that consistent when playing. However, in CoD land, it's quite possible you're being lag compensated due to your steady low ping. In which case try forcing servers slightly further away and see if they play better for you even if the ping is a bit higher.
  8. Put the speeds you pay for/expect ideally. That'll be your base ping essentially, it does have some variance but not too bad, that's the best you can hope to achieve when there is traffic and you're utilizing QoS. So do it with activity and see how close you can get to those results using the method I mentioned.
  9. You will need the OpenVPN configuration file for the server, do they provide this to you?
  10. Was the physical setup or any settings changed just before it started? What firmware version are you on? If you start a new topic we can help you there
  11. Okay interesting, is it possible to try without the switches or is it not possible due to the distance away from the router?
  12. On the iOS devices if you disable the private/random MAC addresses option does that stop it happening?
  13. Interesting, if you find the device in the offline section does it give it an IP or is it blank? Does the MAC address there match the MAC address for the connection method on the device?
  14. We're working on improving IPv6 so best to disable it at the moment. Without the DMZ on the linksys it's performing routing, then that traffic is going to the R3 and being routed - that's the double NAT. To avoid this you enable the DMZ so all traffic goes straight through to the R3 without being impacted.
  15. Start at 95% do a test, go down by 10%, do a test, down by 10 rinse repeat until you've found the best result and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be fine tuned anymore. A standard connection will not be flat so if that's what you're aiming for it won't be possible but doing this will get you as close as possible.
  16. What platform are you playing on? You may need to put it in the DMZ (do not do this if on PC) or port forward and you should get Open then.
  17. Passthrough mode is fine, it's an equivalent method, that should work too
  18. What Congestion Control settings are you using? What values have you tried?
  19. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 WAN Settings page then enter that in the Eti DMZ and that should allow you to get an Open NAT. Can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please? Search times will be increased as you are restricting servers now so it depends how strict your being.
  20. Double check the IP you're put into the DMZ, set that as a static IP on the linksys so it never changes after that. Where are you testing the NAT status?
  21. Are you using the Geo-Filter for the PC? If so, if you disable that do you get the same error?
  22. I couldn't say honestly, it's something we've brought up to NG many years ago - it's on their side, it's not something we can fix ourselves
  23. From the looks of your top graph it's only fluctuating by amount 5ms which is pretty good, if you can't get any better than that'll be the best you can achieve which is still very good and actually your game ping is showing better than that
  24. Yes you should connect all devices you want connected to the router then on the router you can set them each a reserved IP address which shouldn't take too long, then reboot, wait a few minutes, then you can disable DHCP. Any new devices you'd then want to connect you'd have to set a static IP on the device itself first.
  25. When you assigned a static IP to this specific device was it connected via ethernet or WiFi? Have you disabled the DHCP server on the router?
