It's impossible to say as it depends on a lot of factors but I'd guess that it probably wouldn't -

Can you access just fine through a PC/web browser including the mobile web browser?

Right-click on the Network/WiFi Windows Network Icon on the PC on the bottom-right hand side of your screen Open Network and Sharing Center. Click Change Adapter Settings. Right-click your connection and go to Properties. Uncheck the box next to Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) to disable it. Then try accessing the interface and see if it works please.

What do you mean you have the R3 in DMZ mode? - Do you mean you have your gaming device in the DMZ on the R3 or you have the R3 in the DMZ on the ISP modem/router as you'd definitely need to do this one at the very least if applicable like the above.
