How to get OPEN NAT in COD PS5 with R3
Netduma Fraser replied to Liarn's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. -
It doesn't apply to devices by default, you have to add the device specifically to it - have you done that? Add it and it should then work

It's not a live service feature, so the issue would likely be on your side, what problem are you having? -
I believe so but I'm not sure if it's all the time - you should be able to set delivery options

Glad to hear you were able to get an account! You're welcome! -
Likely because it hasn't got to their hub yet, keep checking the tracking and when it shows at the hub try it then
-
Didn't think so but thanks for confirming, I'll let the team know again to see if we can get it resolved quickly.

How to get OPEN NAT in COD PS5 with R3

I'll make a request for the team to get it added. We don't give out any ETAs for firmware updates or specific features as it is always subject to change. -
I've given you Early Access, try that firmware and see if that is better for you - no need to factory reset after upgrading

Go to this address: https://delivery.dhl.com select your country, on the next page click 'Manage shipment as a guest'. Enter the DHL tracking number, complete the captcha, on the next page make sure to use the phone number you provided on your order as this will be the number DHL have for your order. Then follow the instructions from there to change the address.

Netduma Fraser replied to Krzysztof's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Do you mean you're trying to upgrade to this one? https://forum.netduma.com/topic/50710-new-r2-firmware-33280/ -
What router are you using and how have you added the devices? Are you checking the location in the game network settings?
-
I did make the request to the team so it's on the list to be added, I just couldn't say when that might be currently as I think they're waiting on an internal tool upgrade for the cloud.

What is the firmware file you tried to upgrade to exactly? Good advice above also. -
Issues with R3 connecting to home pods
Netduma Fraser replied to Deasha's topic in Community Discussion
It is yes, it's available on the Early Access version which I've given you access to. If you upgrade to that you then don't need to split the WiFi unless you want to. https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
