  1. What is your ping on the Geo-Filter and in game?
  2. He said it's because they round the co-ordinates, it doesn't do decimals - as long as you're covering where they are you can connect them. If you deactivate the Geo-Filter any settings on that page will also be disabled so the game will decide entirely
  3. Have you accessed the R3 and completed the Setup Wizard? You will need to do that before you're able to get internet.
  4. I'll respond in your topic
  5. Strict Mode on the Geo-Filter doesn't relate to NAT type. There is no setting specifically to make yourself have a strict NAT. Perhaps if you turned off UPnP and don't use port forwarding/DMZ but as you're using the VPN it may not make a difference anyway
  6. We're not a hardware company and don't have the resources of some of the bigger companies out there - we might do it in future but it would be a significant risk in terms of allocating resources
  7. It sounds like the cable you're using when you move it that might be the cause, otherwise the reboot cycle of both routers I mentioned previously should work
  8. Yes you can do that - even if it is in AP mode
  9. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  10. Thanks for confirming! I have passed it onto the team to do as soon as they can
  11. It has been requested so it's on the list to potentially be added!
  12. Is this in the Setup Wizard you're referring to or in WAN Settings? Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing please?
  13. I'm not sure off the top of my head but if you see it there and the ping is what you'd expect then yes there would be. Exclude the other server you seem to get and you may be able to force it more consistently.
  14. Try the Early Access firmware and see if that resolves it for you https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  15. Are these servers inside your radius or outside?
  16. Redo the test but leave the interval at the default (2.5 seconds I think it is) and don't click on individual hops, then provide a screenshot of the results please
  17. I mean how have you added the PC to the Geo-Filter exactly?
  18. It's here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/148-netduma-r3-support/
  19. I have to add you first, by everyone I meant everyone who has asked, it's by request only at the moment.
  20. Everyone that has requested it has been given access. You won't get a notification when you do, you'll find the section on the main forum page.
  21. Do you have one of our routers? We don't control the game servers at all.
  22. That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
  23. Yes you can do that
  24. Are you using switches/extenders to have the R3 connected to B/C or just very long ethernet cables? Does LAN show devices connected on the R3?
