  1. What game is it you're playing? Does it work with any other games or the same for everything?
  2. They don't become obsolete regardless of the platform, it might require a cloud update but that's the same on the new ones. DumaOS 4 beta for R2 is also in full swing, so the R2 is still being actively developed for. If necessary a cloud update will be made, we're testing it currently.
  3. Resync the cloud on the Device Manager and Geo-Filter pages, then reboot the router from the interface, wait 4 minutes then connect and play, does it appear then? If not, do you have any issues with Adblocker, Geo-Filter or Speed Test/Ping Optimizer working?
  4. No it's just the Geo-Filter, it will still work as normal, your router doesn't become obsolete.
  5. Okay so actually, keep their Xbox as is and keep the port forwarding rule for it, then on your Xbox, on the actual console itself go to Settings -> Network -> Advanced -> then manual and choose a different port. Once you've done that make the complimentary port forwarding rule for it on the router and check again.
  6. Has it ever worked for you and if so when did it stop working, after changing any specific settings?
  7. The codes are probably all on the code websites by now I suspect, yes they all provide the same %
  8. It's disabled by default on this version, yes you can enable in Settings > WAN > Advanced.
  9. It could be DHCP potentially, if you reserve IPs for the wired devices does it happen again in another fortnight?
  10. Yeah that's the issue, it shouldn't be, that's what I'm trying to figure out. Are you using a VPN? Have you made an Internet Rule to allow all traffic to the device?
  11. Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing when you connect to that server? We are in the middle of testing the game so it may not work correctly at the moment.
  12. Okay thanks, just checking, it's the DMZ option for your console that is doing it. First, remove that, then check both, do they receive an Open NAT? If not then you'll need to do port forwarding for each console, one with 3074 and the other 3075, reboot and check again.
  13. I'm not sure that would be a software issue, did it happen with the launch firmware? If you downgrade to the oldest version does it still happen? https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000177578-r3-firmware Added
  14. Okay so R3 as main router is that plugged into a pure modem or the upstream router is in bridge or has R3 in its DMZ? On the R3 itself how have you setup for an Open NAT or have you not made any changes at all in that regard?
  15. As above it defaults to the activities view but they'll be working together at the same time. Was that screenshot when you were actually playing? Could you check the IP on the consoles themselves then go to the Device Manager on the router and check the devices you think they are, do the IPs match?
  16. That will be due to Geo-Filter settings, if you make a topic showing what you see on the map when that happens I can help.
  17. Is this the only device you're having the issue with? Do all other ethernet/wifi devices stay connected to the router and internet? How often would you say it is happening? Do you notice any pattern in internet usage when it happens? Have you switched the cable connecting the PC to the router for another to see if it continues?
  18. Could you provide the ID of that Japanese server please? It sounds as though it is whitelisted which is why you keep connecting to it despite your settings and can't deny it. Once we remove that it should stop that behavior.
  19. I can pass the logs on to a dev to take a look at but we have identified switches as a potential trigger for the R3 to drop the internet occasionally so I suspect with the switch suddenly dying that it probably caused the R3 to be very confused and deal with it more abnormally than it would if that bug we've identified wasn't present. Has it been fine ever since?
  20. Could you try the latest Early Access build and see if it works better then please?
  21. You should be able to find some influencer codes online that you can use but I don't have a specific code I can provide
  22. What firmware version are you on currently?
  23. You need to switch to the device view at the top as well
  24. Haha no worries at all, glad it's working. If you're interested the browser will have a time out and requires you to re-authenticate, on the app we don't require that.
