  1. Not that I'm aware of but I'll have to pass it on to the team to check, well done on figuring it out!
  2. It has been suggested before and it's my hope we'll get this added as well
  3. In theory all they need is some IPs of the servers you regularly connect to and they should be able to figure out the rest from there.
  4. What firmware version are you on and what are you seeing exactly? How is Ping Optimizer not working? There is a PUBG option on both the Geo-Filter and SmartBOOST. We haven't advertised it as being super powerful hardware or made any comparisons to other hardware. The hardware is perfectly sufficient for the software. All our own routers have been less than $250 and have been sourced to ensure it runs the software and is more accessible for people. Better hardware would have run $300+ and would have been unnecessary at the time. The hardware specs are also available on the product page prior to purchase for you to check.
  5. If it's not happening when you are gaming then it thinks you are, in which case check SmartBOOST, what is being prioritized at that time? What internet traffic are you doing at the time? If we can find out the incorrect priority we can resolve it.
  6. I have most likely responded to you via email today, if not please do email again
  7. You won't be able to stabilize every single game but I suspect in this case it has something to do with the fact that it thinks you have a 1ms ping that doesn't need stabilizing - what is the usual ping shown?
  8. We're testing a cloud update currently, once we've verified it doesn't break anything we'll push it
  9. You can't have two different Geo-Filters - if you only add the one device to the Geo-Filter only that device will be affected by the Geo-Filter settings. If you add both devices then they will both use the same Geo-Filter settings. We may add multiple Geo-Filters in future so different devices can use different settings.
  10. Great to hear you got it sorted, you've very welcome!
  11. When released we'll test the game for compatibility and make any necessary updates
  12. Are you trying to prioritize it or open ports for it? If you're just prioritizing it there is already a Plex option when you add an activity to SmartBOOST.
  13. Everything will work, it'll just be the double/strict/moderate NAT you're be risking by moving to it if you don't get a static IP with them.
  14. We don't have a LAN VLAN option, only the one for WAN where some people require it for a connection so you wouldn't be able to do this.
  15. Just enter PPPoE details and you're good to go. Currently with PPPoE you wouldn't be able to reach those speeds, we hope to be able to increase this.
  16. The RGB pulse/colour is set by you and it activates when it detects gaming, were you gaming at the time?
  17. There is a guide on how to add a rule but that's it. It's not a feature that should be used unless you know what you're doing and not for this purpose, it wouldn't work. To change routing you'd either need to talk to your ISP or use a service like WTFast for example that claims to optimize your route to gaming servers.
  18. Probably just mislocated, we don't generally have full support for betas but we're doing what we can to get as much info for Heatmap out there as possible as well as getting a cloud out for the Geo during this period. When we're not constrained by beta timelines it'll be easier to make changes and have better compatibility.
  19. How are you determining it is wrong other than comparing the two heatmaps?
  20. I wouldn't have thought so but perhaps depending on their age, try downgrading to wpa2 and see if they can connect better
  21. Is this with Smart Connect enabled or disabled? Some smart devices don't like the automatic switching
  22. No worries, I'll have to pass it onto the team to have a look at then, in the meantime do use port forwarding
