  1. Disable Steady Ping on the Geo-Filter page and that'll likely resolve it
  2. Have you set the VPN up on the PC itself or on the router? If you've done it on the PC itself then it makes more sense why it's not working correctly - you should apply it using HybridVPN on the router.
  3. Thanks! No worries, so if you access the Arris interface, can you find an option for DMZ? This could be in WAN Settings or Security potentially, if you find it, copy the WAN IP from the R3 WAN page and then paste that into the DMZ on the Arris. Make sure all devices are connected to the R3 then try the tests again.
  4. It's most likely Steady Ping, if you disabled it does that resolve it?
  5. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the router?
  6. No worries at all, glad you were able to resolve it, thanks for the update!
  7. The lag issue you're having should be prevented with Congestion Control - that is literally it's purpose to prevent the exact situation you're experiencing. There isn't an option to not share bandwidth. I don't follow, if you tell the router you have 1Mbps download/upload you wouldn't be able to reserve that much bandwidth to devices but if you tell the router that is the speed you're getting that is the speed that will be used so yes everyone would have a terrible time.
  8. No one has ever asked this question so I don't really have an official answer for this but the above is what I would do
  9. Yes that should work
  10. That is odd, does it work for all other devices apart from that specific one? Is it connected in a different way to the others e.g. through a switch, extender etc
  11. There is a log option in settings where you can untick some options for it to record, I'm not sure if it applies to the logs on the Sys info page or not.
  12. No I mean the option to choose recommended or manual - the best option is for it to add with the console option which is what you're using and what it will default to on next version.
  13. The logs show normal background processes that can appear as issues, as far as I'm aware there is nothing sinister in that log. If you're having a lockup a log at the time would be best.
  14. Glad to hear that worked for you! On the next version that option is gone, well at least I don't have it anymore but yes effectively the way it is added right now will allow you to filter multiple games without having to change games like you would via a PC.
  15. No disadvantages, it will work just fine set that way
  16. It can appear that way sometimes but UPnP opens ports automatically at the request of a device/application so by it appearing there it has worked it's just a visual issue
  17. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter - it should now add as a console Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works. Also are you using Game Pass to play the game?
  18. I've given you early access, try the firmware there please and see if it improves: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  19. Alex is away at the moment but I'll chase him for this, it's likely the 700 is running an older cloud version - there isn't a singular cloud all the platforms pull from so they need to be updated manually. But yes as above that's how it should work as that's when you're actually gaming.
  20. CPU usage doesn't look too crazy but thank you I will pass this on.
  21. As far as I am aware it only ever blocked HTTP sites not HTTPS and given everything runs through HTTPS now that's probably why it isn't working
  22. Does seem like an auth issue but can you provide the config you're using please?
  23. Do keep in mind that forcing servers on the other side of the world isn't the intended purpose of the router and so while it can be possible, we can't guarantee it as the purpose it to force the closest servers possible for the lowest ping. Having it set up this way, what is happening exactly, are you getting games but they're still in Aus or it's preventing you getting any games at all?
  24. Yes they've suggested a replacement on this occasion, please email [email protected] with a link to this topic and your order number and we can arrange a replacement for you.
