  1. What's the exact issue - it's not adjusting the speeds you're receiving on a speedtest?
  2. Game servers, particularly the CoD servers don't respond to traditional pings, this is why you don't always see a ping response - we're working on a new ping method which should make this more reliable. Same with stabilizing really, it won't be able to stabilize every server but I suspect it will improve with this new method. Is it pinging and stabilizing or just stabilizing?
  3. You may be able to use the existing eFootball option for mobile but I will add it to the list so the team can check it specifically.
  4. A MAC address is a unique identifier of the device, it's not set by the router but by the device itself. If you edited the MAC address it would no longer match the device and the reserved IP would then not match the device rendering it useless. If you've named your devices then it should be easy to find the device you want to edit on the reserved IP list?
  5. No worries at all, glad it was a simple fix, thanks for the update. Any other questions do let us know!
  6. Please provide a screenshot of the LAN & WAN Settings pages and I can advise further - also provide a screenshot of Ping Optimizer > Advanced
  7. I'd suggest trying the new firmware first: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57223-new-firmware-r3-dumaos-40402-disconnections-fix
  8. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  9. I think you or someone else did request it so it's on the list
  10. Looks like from the other topic this may be due to playing custom games, if you go through matchmaking does it work?
  11. Did you add it the device when the console or game was already on?
  12. Gotcha thanks, could you prioritize Call of Duty specifically, not content and see if that triggers please?
  13. Thanks for trying, you said "when I run the WiFi analyser and put it in game mode and use geo filtering my gameplay is actually worse." so do you mean that if you don't use WiFi Analyser and use Game Mode/Geo it is better? If it is, if you try it over 4 days does it return to being delayed?
  14. It will take a little time, they'll be testing BO6 now and then they'll get a total cloud out which should resolve this
  15. You can't give specific priority to the protocol and the game will use whichever protocol it wants to at the time. UDP is generally used for gaming as TCP waits for acknowledgements which slow it down a little.
  16. If it worked it's likely the ID you allowed was then the same that appeared, if it's not working again then there must be more servers there that haven't yet been allowed, when it's blocked and you click on it does it show allowed or can you then allow it and it'll work? I have passed it on so it will get done
  17. As in the RGB on the router isn't triggering to the game configuration or that on SmartBOOST itself the gaming category is not prioritized?
  18. Thanks for the reports, we'll be testing the game and will put out a cloud update where necessary. If it's not detecting properly prioritize your device specifically for the moment or use the Call of Duty Content option in the File Sharing folder and it should work.
  19. Are you using game pass by any chance? If so delete the device from the Device Manager, change the PC to a PlayStation in the Device Manager then re-add it and see if it works please.
  20. That's great to hear, thanks for the comments! Any questions do let us know!
  21. Thanks for the request, I'll add it to the list
  22. If your ping is fine then I don't think it will be the router at fault. You could try the rule 1024-65535 TCP/UDP - Normal - Apply to WAN and see if you have an improvement though
  23. It will be yes and I know it's counter intuitive but what is the input delay like?
