  2. Hi Guys, Are you able to open up the console in your browser and see if any errors are occuring when the page loads? Please do this on a page that you are experiencing GUI issues with so we can see what might be causing them. This is usually done by pressing F12, i will attatch a screenshot of mine for reference. If any errors are occuring please let me know and I will pass them onto the development team.
  3. Hi everyone, We know what you’re thinking, and we get it. We said R2 updates would be frequent (and they will be), but this update ended up enveloping a lot more than we initially expected. That’s frustrating for you and for us too. However, we hope you’ll find the wait was worth it – this is a huge update with fixes and changes across the board. Feedback on the R2 has been great, helping us to improve everyone’s experience while fixing specific problems too. The changelog below shows just much work has gone into this update. This is the latest in DumaOS and it sets the stage for new features we’ll reveal in the near future. From all of us at Netduma, thanks for your patience, and for caring enough about DumaOS to stay vocal. We hope you enjoy the latest firmware! 4. Hi @Squidid You should be connecting from a LAN port on the modem to the blue WAN port on the R2. If you have plugged it in correctly , in the System Information tab you should be able to see a WAN IP listed in the Network Status box. If the WAN IP is being displayed you should be able to access your modem and the internet.
  5. Hi Todd, Did you click anything in particular for this error to prompt?
  6. Hi there, Could you please email us at [email protected] and provide a link to this thread so we can get this sorted. Thanks.
  7. Hi Wayne, Just to confirm, you're saying that the virgin media box cannot connect to the internet? does this mean you also cannot access the internet through the R2's Wi-Fi?
  8. Hi Wally, We will look into the Destiny 2 profile again. For now, please delete the current profile for Destiny. Click 'add-device' and select your console as normal, however this time select 'Choose manually'. This should solve your problems for the moment.
Hi there, To restrict your game to only connect to the servers with the best ping, you must use the Geo-Filter Rapp. Please follow the geo-filter optimal settings guide found here:... There is a button in the top right of the page to convert the text to Italian.
  10. Hi Wayne, Has the PS4 had a static IP assigned to it? Please make sure all of the network settings are set to automatic on the PS4. Are you having issues with any other ethernet devices or just the PS4?
  11. Within the next couple of weeks hopefully. Should we not find any issues with it.
  12. Not currently, we are making sure that the firmware preforms well overall before releasing.
  13. The R2 does run hot sometimes, however this is not a problem unless the R2 turns off. We can help you to diagnose what has been causing the lag. Are the lag spikes youve been experiencing over Wi-Fi, ethernet or both? Are these spikes only happening in a specific game or other applications too?
  14. This issue has been fixed in a newer firmware version. This firmware should be released soon.
  15. Hi there! The problem has been fixed on our newest internal build, but there has been a delay on publising it. The firmware should be released soon.
